This modern apartment is located in Rijeka, near to the Tower Shopping Center, 200 meters from the first beach, 5 minutes drive to the beach in Kostrena, 15 minutes walk to the City center and 2 km to the Trsat Castle. You will need to do few stairs more to Apartment m, it is at the 4th floor, but I promise it is worth because of the view :) Inside you will have electric tent, air-conditioning, satellite television, free WI-FI, alarm. Safe and public (free) parking is in front of the building.

The apartment is located in the hart of the medieval town of Motovun. The main square, city wall, bars, restaurants and shops are a couple of minutes walking distance. There is a private parking (included in the price) in front of the house which is really rare in the historic center. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Uz stan, gostima je na raspolaganju dodatni prostor na otvorenom uz more, te privatni pristup moru. Stan je zamišljen za 3 osobe ( uz posebne uvjete može ugostiti 4 osobe). U istoj kući iznajmljuje se i mali studio apartman za 2 osobe, koji je moguće iznajmiti istovremeno kad je slobodan.
