We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Upper Järkholmen

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. This nice cottage offers beautiful nature with its own lake and fantastic hiking trails just around the corner. As a guest, business traveler, friends or couples, you want to experience comfort and proximity to both the airport and Gothenburg. You also want to experience the beauty of Sweden. Nature is just outside the door and why not swim from the family's own jetty, maybe fish a little or use the sauna right on the lake. Ni bor i ett nyproducerat hus på 36 kvm med plats för 2-3 p samt egen insynsskyddad, möblerad uteplats. Kaffe, te och müsli/flingor ingår. Under högsäsongen maj-sept accepteras endast bokningar för minimum 2 personer.

Welcome to the homey cottage located in the middle of our smallholding. The landscape is rural and serene, yet Gothenburg is only twenty minutes away by bus from Eriksdal. While staying, you have the forest close, offering charming paths in a nature reserve, or longer hiking's along Bohusleden. Enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening at the patio. However, take to heart the gentle neighs from horses, mischievous sheeps and our kids playing with the dog!
