Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Surrey

Glyn’s house was just as the listing said. It was very comfortable and perfect for our family with 4 children. Even with 4 little ones it was within easy walking distance to both train station and bus stops. Glyn was friendly and helpful and gave some great suggestions on things our children would enjoy doing in London. I’d stay here again.

Home from home. Catered for the whole family, including our three dogs. Great location for watching our daughter play for England under 18s six nations also a great place for her to come and relax for her afternoon off and have a long soak in the bath very much needed for a rugby player. Lots of places to visit locally like Ascott and Windsor Castle. Chloe was very helpful too.

Once again, Geraldine provided me with everything that was needed. From the amenities, to the restaurant recommendations and my favourite big Tesco just around the corner! Geraldine was very helpful, responsive and lovely during my weekend stay in Bromley. She was just around the corner if I needed anything, so I felt well accommodated. My friends were able to get a great lay in and we even communicated about a late check out, due to us having a good night in central London, which was provided with quickness and did not make us feel like we had to rush to leave. Such an amazing experience once again and I recommend this place again!

Lina was an an excellent and responsive host. The accommodation is situated within 1min walk of rail station for easy travel into central London. All the rooms face to the rear of the property so one is unaware of any street noise and have a quiet peaceful feel. There are plentiful local amenities within a two minute walk. Highly recommended all round.

We had a lovely stay in Ruth's cottage, we have no complaints. The area was central to what we wanted to do and the cottage itself is lovely and cosy. The kitchen was fully equipped and has a dishwasher, which we found a welcome surprise, who wants to wash up on holiday? The bedrooms are comfortable with blackout blinds, we all slept well, but there is a road outside so if you are a light sleeper or have children perhaps the back bedroom would suit them more. We particularly enjoyed using the snug, where a few games of chess were played. There are lots of board games to choose from. This is our first time using an airbandb, we found the whole experience good and we shall use again, but I doubt we will be able to come back to Ruth's cottage as we think it will book up really quickly! We loved staying at Chantal's beautiful home. The location is perfect for easy travel into central London, with walkable access to two train stations and the beautiful Hilly Fields park is directly across the road. Jen was very helpful and immediately responsive to questions. Would definitely stay in this lovely home again.

Everything that you would want a charming old farmhouse to be. multiple fireplaces, kitchen with multiple ovens, lovely garden / paths into the hills, totally quiet road. Charlotte made checkin easy and they were jsut down the road the whole weekend (although we didn't need anything from them during our stay)

We had a truly wonderful stay in Diana’s flat. The location was very beautiful and so close to everything! Wonderful cafes, restaurants, convenience store, Clapham Common and the tube station no more than 10 minutes walk. The flat was very well furnished and we had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The welcome provisions provided were very much appreciated. Diana was kind, welcoming and responsive. We would recommend this flat to our family and friends. Thank you so much Diana.

Teresa was an amazing host and her home was everything we needed for our visit. She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay and did everything she could to make us feel at home and comfortable. We would highly recommend her Airbnb and look forward to staying with her again when we visit London.

Really lovely apartment in a peaceful location surrounded by lots of birds and other wildlife! Sophie gave recommendations for walks and also food in the area. We felt the space couldn’t have been better and had all the amenities needed. We recommend sitting on the outdoor seats at the back of the flat in the morning to listen to the birds. While there we heard firecrest, mistle thrush and pheasant among many many others. A lovely stay, thank you. We’ll be back!

Clare was an exceptional host! The flat was perfect for what we wanted in London. The extra homely touches and the essential grocery package was very welcome with young kids. Speaking of which, Clare was so patient with our 5 and 9 year old, going out of her way so the kids could pat her dog, and gave us lots of tips about local coffee and restaurants. Would definitely stay with Clare again next time we are in London!

The house has an artistic magical vibe, it’s small but very comfortable and lovely. Personally I loved to see vinyls and art pieces on the walls. We stayed for a few days on the NYE and we’re glad we find this house, it’s not in the center but the quarter it’s safe and perfect if u don’t wanna live in the chaos of london centre. Abbie was a perfect host, she was explained everything very carefully and also gave us more time to stay before the check out, I totally recommend it.

My Husband, teen Son, and myself, just had the best week at Will and Ana’s place. The neighborhood is so good. Very walkable and safe. Fulham and Chelsea are lovely and have so much that’s near, but so peaceful at night. There is a pub across the street. So great when you’ve been out exploring all day. Groceries a few blocks away. The house itself is spotless, beautifully renovated. Comfy beds. Very comfy furniture. There’s a great terrace, totally enjoyed it on a spring day. The house is so light filled, and bright. We would definitely recommend. We felt so at home. Will and Ana are super responsive, and have a beautiful home.
