Vacation rentals with breakfast in Surrey

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this home! The view was stunning, and the location was perfect for enjoying the peaceful beauty of Surrey. Nina was an incredibly thoughtful host, making sure the refrigerator was well-stocked with essentials, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The check-out process was refreshingly simple and straightforward, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our last moments there. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations – it’s a beautiful, comfortable space in a wonderful area. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Surrey!

Monika’s place is stunning and immaculate, clean and comfortable. The area is perfect for walks to Hampton Court, river Thames and nice restaurants. Her garden looks like paradise. She was very welcoming, along with her family members. Thoroughly recommended.

Charlie and Lee are the very embodiment of what every Air B&B host should aspire to be - they are a warm, kind and welcoming couple who genuinely enjoy hosting people. Staying here felt like visiting family friends - a home away from home, even when you have travelled far. We enjoyed our stay immensely - the location is unbeatable! It is both peaceful and quiet (a short walk away from the beautiful Richmond Park) but at the same time it has easy access to the heart of Central London with a 30 minute direct train line into Waterloo. The room is very comfortable, clean and extremely spacious - excellent value for the price. I can confidently say that this will be one of the very best Air B&B's you will have stayed at, and would recommend it very strongly if you are visiting London.

I loved staying at Maite’s. Her home was beautiful and clean with a comfortable bed and hot shower. I appreciated being able to cook my own meals in her amazing kitchen and she was so generous with letting me sample her delicious cooking! I highly recommend staying here.

Great place, highly recommend. I had expected something much smaller from the photos and price. Lots of space inside and out, private self contained property, very quiet and peaceful. Would have loved to stay for more nights and really make the most of the property. Many thanks

Everything was ideal about Sharon's place for a 3 night stay with our 1 year old. The location was good, 15 minutes walk from Hampton Court station, the house was comfortable, we could park directly outside, and Sharon was very helpful with our check in. And the icing on the cake was the well stocked kitchen. Definitely recommend!

Quiet and peaceful, lovely room, modern luxurious bathroom, bed soft and comfortable. Patricia was very helpful, we felt quite at home.

I had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s place. She was lovely and made me feel right at home. Her adorable dog Lucy greeted me with a toy on arrival — such a sweet and charming welcome! The bed was comfy, and I really appreciated the chocolate milk. Michelle was very communicative throughout my stay and genuinely nice to chat with. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.

I could not say more positive things about this rental. What a gorgeous place to stay. Private yet close to all things you could want. Wendy was the most wonderful host. Gave me my space but every so often checked in with me to see if I needed anything. I will be highly recommending the place to anyone who is looking to stay in this area.

We had a lovely short stay at Joanne's. The accommodation was spacious and spotless. Bedroom was quiet with no traffic noise. A great location with Hampton Court, local restaurants and shops all within an easy walk.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at The Old Cooks House. It was cosy, clean and comfortable. The beds were great and we both slept well on all nights. Jackie had left a plethora of goodies for us for breakfast and snacking and she was really helpful in guiding us to places to eat out. It was a lovely break.

What can I say? I stayed for the night as my children had an overnight stay with their Brownies nearby so I thought I’d treat myself to a little getaway I cannot fault my stay, it truly was a wonderful stay. My hosts were very hospitable, nothing was too much trouble. My accommodation was spotless! WiFi, Sky with the full package (I don’t even have the full package at my own home) NF & Prime Fridge was stocked with fresh milk, soft drinks & beers Breakfast stuff available also which was very kind of them 2 minutes walk from Tescos, there is also a big shopping centre which is about a 20 minute drive away I really felt at home here, I would 100% stay here again & would also recommend to my friends. Thank you Terry & Lesley you were brilliant hosts

Benny was really great with communication as I booked very last minute! She also kindly let me check in much earlier and I also checked out a little later due to my own fault of not realising checkout was at 10am! The place is spotless and is well equipped, there were breakfast items left which was thoughtful and generous of Benny. The location is beautiful and peaceful - lots of cute lambs and ponies and even deer! A short drive takes you into forest row where you have a good selection of shops

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

So lucky to have found this place! Looked just like the images, Alexis was super responsive and kind. Overall, the place felt like home and made my vacation even more enjoyable and memorable. I had an absolutely lovely time at Shirley's! Shirley was so welcoming and made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was lovely to stay with a host as a younger person traveling solo! The room was incredibly comfortable and well kept, the bread and fixings for breakfast were delicious, and it was so easy to get anywhere in London I wanted to go! Shirley was so kind, and I had a wonderful stay!

My Mum and I consider Richard and Lissey our favourite AirBnB hosts of all time! They did everything we could have imagined to make us feel welcome and at home. It was an absolute delight to stay in their beautiful home which is full charm and character; even the floors made a positive and lasting impression on me! Staying with Richard and Lissey the night before our flight and on the day of our return flight made for perfect bookends to our trip. Thank you for ALL you did for us at every step.

Fabulous host who went out of his way to help us get to a nearby wedding, including flexibility on early check-in and offers of lifts. Rooms were very comfortable and we really appreciated our delicious cooked breakfast. Felt like we were staying in a warm, family home rather than just some rooms. Thank you very much John. The house is beautiful and in a fantastic location. Breakfast is great, and we were able to use the guest living room and dining room when we needed to. Most importantly though, Patty is a wonderful person and the reason, above all else, I'd recommend staying here. All in all, absolutely fantastic :)

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

This was my third visit to Laura's place. Great value and close to Twickenham stadium. Laura is always quick to respond and help when needed. Plenty of space for two people and equipped with everything you might need.

Absolutely loved my stay in the shepherds hut, beautiful scenery of the land. Was very nice and clean. Hot tub was a nice addition to are stay as was the swing in the forest. I would definitely be coming back to sue as she was such a friendly host. And she gave us some nice recommendations of places to go and visit. And lovely homemade breakfasts brought to us every morning. Can’t wait to come back.
