Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Surprise

Great location on the west side of the valley. We spent the weekend here for Dodger spring training games, great to be close to the stadium, no fighting the Phoenix traffic. House has a nice corner lot with a view out back. Lovely to sit out and watch the sunset. Bbq worked great but we did not use the pool. Water was too cold. Didn’t figure out the fire pit. 5 adults so we had to share beds.. the top bunk bed is really only useful for a small agile kid, it’s a bit rickety. Firm beds, super comfy cozy bedding. Open living space to hang, we loved the couch, that’s the best couch ever! Everyone got their own spot, drink holder and feet up and loved the massive TV. Cute little game room for kids. Nice quiet family neighborhood. We had an issue with working the A/C..Jacob was quick to respond when we reached out for help. Thank you, we really enjoyed the house.

Melissa's property was amazing for our family getaway. The back yard offered our family everything we could want - a pool, large grassy area, trampoline! The storage container allowed flexibility for our group to be separate but close enough to spend quality time together. Melissa was very communicative throughout our stay and ensured we had everything we needed!

We felt right at home when we walked in the door. Beautiful quiet and very clean. My dogs loved the back yard. Took my dog for a walk around the neighborhood every morning. She loved it.

We stayed with our 3 little daughters and it was perfect. The pool and game room were a huge hit. The pool was heated to the perfect temp which was an added bonus for morning swims on cooler April mornings! Kendalyn was a great host and made sure we had what we needed and more! She was great at communicating and very responsive. We’d love to stay again when we are back in town!

We (3 couples) stayed at John's place for 10 days. The house was very clean, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed for cooking and eating; we used the grill quite a bit (which appeared to be pretty new). We saw several spring training baseball games; both the Cubs park (Sloan Park) and the Rockies' park (Talking Stick) were very easy and quick to get to. The location was very quiet at night for good sleeping; there is no traffic noise in this area. We did a lot of walking/hiking while there, and brought/rented bikes. The biking couldn't have been better, the house is right at the canal trail, from which you can get to many, many bike trails. We biked to lunch twice. The location is relatively close to McDowell Mountain Park which has excellent hiking trails. The house is easy to get to and close to shopping, and Scottsdale in general has a lot of excellent restaurants.

perfect place for 2 families. Loved that the pool had a deep end for stronger swimmers to dive and temp was great.

garage was unavailable however Edgar the host came and provided a key for the gates and we were able to park our bikes in a safe area,,Edgar was more than kind for his time,,the house was more than I expected,,very clean and comfortable especially the bed

I highly recommend this beautiful home! The accommodations are wonderful, the scenery is beautiful and the location is great! Jennifer is a five star host. Her communication is great! We went for Red's Spring Training and it was perfect!

Javier's place was exactly as described. Very clean, simple and comfortable. The bed was fantastic and I slept soundly all three nights we were there.

We needed a place to crash before an early flight out of Phoenix. Thomasina’s place was clean, comfortable and way more than we needed.

I Loved Dana’s place. Beautiful view from patio, especially at sun down and sun rise. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of room and right across from the liquor store. I had a tiny issue locating the lockbox but Dana was really responsive and helpful. Will definitely recommend or stay again when I’m in town.

Sarah was always quick to respond and help with anything we needed. The southern German design of the place was captivating. The neighborhood was beautiful and friendly. Would stay again.

As advertised. It was quiet and everything I was looking for in my stay. Plan to stay again if in the area.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described. Things were dated but clean and neat. Plenty of room for two people. The area felt very safe, it was quiet and there was a grocery store within walking distance. The location was central to everything we did with nearby easy on and off the 51. Rachel was a great host and checked on us. She provided clear checkin/ out instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

Edith’s place is always clean and quiet. We have stayed multiple times and it has been a wonderful stay each time. Located close to shops and restaurants, this is the perfect location.

We enjoy our stay at Marcus’s place. Marcus was super responsible, quick responder and he gave us a thorough instruction after he knew that we would arrive late in the night. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, the house is spacious and well decorated. Highly recommend to stay here if you are planning to visit phoenix!

This condo has every amenity you could think of. It is nicely furnished , all the beds are very comfortable . We love that it has a heated pool and beautiful walking path around the lake with turtles and ducks and geese. The owners have been so responsive . This property is about 20 minutes to anywhere in the Phoenix andoutline areas. We loved our easy drive over to the Peoria sports complex to cheer on our Seattle Mariners. The check in and check out procedures are easy and explained perfectly. Looking forward to next year!
