Coming for a wedding, we spent little time in the house (2 nights), however we could see that it is comfortable (including bedding), impeccably clean and well equipped. The three bathrooms are a real plus as well as the garden and veranda. Sarah is a very friendly and responsive host. Our short stay was very nice.

We had a great time at Clos de l'Estran. The accommodation was perfect for a couple with a baby, the outdoors with private parking spaces and swimming pool are a real plus! The location close to the center of La Flotte is ideal. We recommend it and will be happy to go back. Anne and Antoine

Very nice accommodation: tastefully renovated farmhouse and very functional. Quiet and serene place that makes you feel really good. No reservations, we loved being in Claire's home.

We stayed 1 week, 2 families or 4 adults and 3 children including 1 infant. The stay went well, the house is true to photos and descriptions, we enjoyed the pool almost every day, Carine was more than responsive and available to answer our questions, very friendly to the image of the house which is welcoming, warm and clean. This one is well placed to quickly access the center of La Rochelle, a large area nearby, we were able to do our shopping as soon as we arrived. I would highly recommend, thank you Carine 🙂

We had a great time in this spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped house. Its pretty garden and green spaces bring a real breath of fresh air, making the place even more enjoyable. Every detail is designed to make you feel good. Charlotte gave us a warm welcome and was very available, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation is ideal for gatherings for families or groups of friends, with everything you need on site. Plus, it's easy to find parking spots nearby. We leave delighted and will be happy to come back!

Great communication from Noemie who was lovely, nice to hear about the history of the accommodation. It’s a cosy, good use of space and perfect for the one night stop over. The bed was super comfortable, making for a good nights sleep before travelling again.

We were very happy about our stay. The neighbourhood is very calm, with typical houses in the surrounding streets. The apartment is very cozy, well equipped, clean, has lots of warm water, and is quiet at night. We especially loved hanging out in the small courtyard at any time of the day. Nicolas is very quick at responding and we warmly recommend this little oasis to future travellers.

Apartment ideally located in a quiet area and we didn't move our car because everything can be done on foot. Marion is available and responsive. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos and description. We had a great and pleasant stay.

Stéphane is a very respectful person. Her place is impeccable, convenient, the bedding is of high quality, in a very quiet environment. You will be 10 minutes drive from a car park in La Rochelle ( which is a beautiful town), and 10 minutes from the island of Re. In the garden you can leave your bikes safe We will be back with great pleasure at Stephane's place.

Dominique's welcome went very well and with a much appreciated flexibility of schedule. Clean apartment matching the description, a large balcony ... a real plus to enjoy the late afternoon. Quiet residence with swimming pool, great for children, easy walking access to the city center with all its shops and restaurants... and the port growing slightly. Great things to do around! I recommend without a problem!

We had a great time at Nicolas's apartment, everything is very clean, the decoration is very nice, the terrace too. The location is ideal, by the sea and just minutes from the center of the fleet. We can only recommend it, 10/10!

The apartment has an amazing amount of light and is very confortable. The kitchen well equipped. From here we could walk to the beach, to the Corniche, to the bakery, to the market and to some really nice shops in Royan. We even walked to the cinema though it was a bit far. A great location to get to enjoy Royan.

A real feast for the eyes, and pure relaxation. The apartment has an extraordinary ocean view, and Faucillons Beach is a real paradise. The equipment is excellent, absolutely nothing is missing, and the comfort is total. There's even parking space available. Royan's activities are a few minutes' walk away, and walking on the seafront, or inside the city is very relaxing. Jacky was very present for all the necessary information, and the concierge team in charge was very efficient and very professional for check-in and check-out. I highly recommend it, with family, friends, or alone.
