Well-located townhouse with local shops and welcoming merchants... The house is spacious, well-equipped, we couldn't enjoy the pool due to the weather... we recommend this rental... and it's for our next visit.

The house is absolutely great (I agree with some older reviews: the living room and the rooms are much more spacious than the photos let them guess: it's a nice surprise when you arrive). We appreciated the amenities, comfort and decoration of the house, as well as its location: full of nice walks nearby, a delicious bakery in Dompierre (L 'AuthentiQ), one of the best dinners of our life at the restaurant La PierreVue in Saint-Rogatien, La Rochelle and its aquarium to see absolutely less than 20 minutes away... The heated pool in this sunny early April was a real enchantment. Finally Marine is a particularly warm and attentive host, and the communication was very pleasant. We will come back without hesitation!

Very good welcome , nice house, very clean, 2 large bedrooms, quiet environment at the end of a cul-de-sac, fluid and pleasant communication with Claire and Yann. Pretty places to see: Château d 'Oleron, the lighthouse, the edge of the ocean, the pretty colorful houses of Fort Royer...

extremely clean and tidy accommodation, ideal for an adult holiday

Alain and Celine's house is in the heart of Sainte-Marie, both close to shops/restaurants and less than 10 min walk to the beach. It is comfortable, full of charm and very well equipped. The stove for the cooler evenings and the terrace with garden for sunny moments are very nice. Seasonal parking of 15 spaces 5 min walk away. Consider taking the essentials for the stay. Although they have already served quite well, the 2 bikes available are very convenient (in case of accidents (ex: puncture), the repair is the responsibility of the tenants).

A very clean and peaceful place, I would definitely recommend. Everything is well thought out in the house so that guests have a good time.

We were 2 families, a stopover before joining the Futuroscope. Christiane and Philippe are very welcoming hosts. The house is clean. The location is lovely. A very nice time.

Nice place to stay within walking distance of a mini golf course and one of the beaches of Fouras. To access the city center and the Grande Plage doable on foot but also by car place available. Perfect for a couple with a child The owner is very responsive and offered us things that were happening in Fouras

The place met our expectations. Sarah gave us clear information about our arrival and departure. We were even able to enjoy the accommodation before the scheduled time which was very appreciated. The small garden with its small wooden terrace is really a plus for lunch outside. The residence is well designed and very well maintained and flowered . We really enjoyed the bed linen provided as well as the cleaning products. This little house is very nice and well designed. We had a pleasant stay.

The expression "like at home" lends itself perfectly to our feeling. Everything was great. Aurélie was responsive, friendly and accommodating. Thank you for everything.

We booked to spend some time on a family vacation and it was very nice. The accommodation is very comfortable, spacious, as shown in the photos and the garden is very nice. Bernard is very welcoming and Michelle has decorated the house very well.

We had a great weekend with the family in this pretty cottage full of charm! The place is quiet, tastefully decorated in a very warm fisherman's hut style. The south-facing terrace is perfect for relaxing. A big thank you to Framboise for her warm and attentive welcome, she has greatly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. Super private accommodation with superb terrace, everything is clean from the floor to the bed linen and towels. We were 3 couples, we all enjoyed this large house with its 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Sarah and her husband are lovely, we were hosted very well. Just 2 steps from the house is an Intermarché, which is very convenient for some shopping and the gas station :) The place is quiet and the house is well soundproofed. I would 2000% recommend this listing.

Quite demanding by nature, I can say that the accommodation is of very good quality. Excellent cleanliness and level of equipment. No complaints. Nathalie was there when we needed her.
