communication was fantastic. Lisa thought of everything as far as amenities. well stocked kitchen, and everything else you need for your stay. We stayed for 2 months and enjoyed it very much. This complex is very nice, well maintained, and super dog friendly. The parking structure was tall enough for my F150, and located under the condo. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a studio apartment.

I recently stayed in the suite at Sunset Beach, and it was an amazing experience. The suite was clean,l, and had a great access to the ocean. Brett and Carol's attention to detail was exceptional, and their communication made everything easy and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and welcome. William was an amazing host. We rented his apartment during the summer and it was the perfect location for work and fun in southern california. He was very responsive to any issues and his flexibility was very much appreciated as we extended for a month. The community is nice and quiet and we felt safe at all times. Thank you!!!

I recently stayed here for just over a month while settling into my new job, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hosts are truly amazing—super responsive and incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home from the start. The location is fantastic, with food spots, laundry, and grocery shopping all within walking distance. The access is convenient, and the area is very private, which I appreciated. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place!
