The spacious 1 bed/2 bath layout with hallway bunks and a living room sleeper sofa comfortably sleeps up to four adults and two children. All guests receive access to the St. Regis Resort, which is unique to Topsail Island. Please note that the building adjacent to us is undergoing construction fall/winter ‘25

Relax with the family at this peaceful retreat. Surfrider Siesta is a very comfortable, family friendly place to stay. Fully equipped with all the cooking essentials, washer & dryer unit within condo, WiFi and cable. Private beach access is 100 steps from the front door. The complex has three outdoor pools which are seasonal and a recreational building with a heated indoor pool open all year round. It also has sauna, hot tub, gym and changing rooms. Sorry no pets allowed in rentals as per HOA.

Cozy BHI Condo - Community Pool and BHI Club

Welcome to "Marooned Five". We enjoy sharing our home so others can experience the beauty and magic of Bald Head Island. Our home has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully stocked kitchen (renovated March 2024 and 2022!) & a spacious loft for the kids. Located in Royal James Landing, a private pool and picnic area are available for use just a few steps away. There are 6 bikes (4 adult/ 2 child) & 2 4-person golf carts. Guest memberships for the BHI Club are available for an additional fee.
