Stroll or bike the tree lined streets.Feel cool ocean breezes, hear soothing ocean sounds.Within walking distance to library, shopping, eateries, oceanfront dining coffee shop, ice cream parlor, Yaupon Pier Short drive to Community Center Exercise/Weight Room, tennis, basketball,Oak Island Golf Course. The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

With a mixture of new and vintage furnishings, a little boho thrown in...we’re sure you’ll love the stunning ocean views, the proximity to the beach access, and outdoor living spaces.

Oceanfront Condo Dog Friendly! Relax at the Reefs!

Oceanfront condo just steps from the beach! Third floor, no elevator but it is worth every step! This unit has amazing unobstructed views of the ocean/beach all day. Located halfway between the pier and the boardwalk makes this spot just right. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable $125 fee for one dog and $200 for 2 dogs. Cats are not allowed. We have stocked it with kitchen essentials, toilet paper, paper towels, hand and laundry soap, shampoo, body wash. Sheets and towels provided!
