Great location- Beach was one block across the street. Place was clean, but we did have 2 coackroaches show up. This happens at the beach in my experience. We arrived with only a half roll of toilet paper. We asked for more toilet paper but was told that we only get "One Starter Roll" of toilet paper. Bring your own toilet paper and extra towels. Microwave was damaged and needs fixing. One end cabinet on the kitchen island is also completely torn off . We also asked for a late check out a day in advance, but was denied and told that the cleaning staff could not accommodate any adjustments to their schedule. Not a big deal as the location was wonderful. Danny was very responsive.

The private saltwater pool reflects the surrounding palm trees and blue sky, while the outdoor seating area with chairs is visible nearby. The two-story structure overlooks the pool, creating a relaxing outdoor space for guests.

One of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at. The close proximity to the beach and having a pool at the house was very ideal for our large group. The communication with Mike and Makeba was top notch!

A screened-in porch offers views of the intracoastal waterway, featuring wooden chairs and a small table. Natural light flows through the windows, highlighting the tiled floor and surrounding greenery, while the private dock and calm waters are visible beyond.

We had a fantastic stay for our anniversary. Beautiful well maintained home. Things we did worth exploring- biked to Salty Turtle Brewery and ate at Surf City Smash. Both excellent! Another restaurant recommendation that we loved- Mac Daddys on the beach. Just so you know before you visit- in the description, we were under the impression that we could get to the water behind the house for paddle boarding and fishing. Overgrown brush made that next to impossible. I was also really glad that I brought boots- the yard flooded everyday that we were there. Not sure if that’s a normal occurrence or if we just caught an unusual amount of rain.

Surf City Stay was the perfect beach getaway! The unit was spotless when we arrived. super clean and well cared for. The view of the ocean just beyond the sand dunes was beautiful, and it was such a relaxing spot to wake up to each morning. We also really enjoyed the community pool. it was clean, well-maintained, and a great bonus for winding down after the beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location close to the beach. The "condo" is located in a motel which threw me off but other than our drunk neighbors fighting on our first night, the stay was great. There is laundry on the premises but if the door isn't left open you can't get in without a keyboard, which you don't get because the condo is not a part of the building, technically, but if its open they will let you use it. Great food and shops around. Overall great stay.
