Enjoy traditional cottage life on the shores of Lake Oulu. The atmospheric cottage offers a genuine Finnish vibe with a wood sauna, from which you can access the lake to refresh yourself. You have access to a rowboat, 2 paddleboards and bicycles. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, running water (from the municipal network) and electric heating. In the yard there is a barbecue, smokehouse, compost toilet. By car directly to the yard. The location is also great for traveling north – only 3 km from the 5 road and 20 km to Kajaani. Our cottage, completed in 2014, is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass-railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cottage, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard, there is a wood storage, a fire pit and a sauna. The hot tub is in use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are not allowed. Distances: Ukkohalla Resort 26 km. Store: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Spacious and well-equipped log cabin, 10-minute drive to Ukkohalla. Spacious combined living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room/toilet, courtyard sauna, summer kitchen/barbecue canopy. Suofutis: even a larger group can be accommodated well when the yard fences are put into use. The barns are available by separate agreement. The cottage has received good feedback on its elegance and good level of equipment. In the yard, there is a cage for dogs and a Jämpti dog kennel. TV includes IPTV app and Netflix.

Welcome to Villa Jaakkola! Villa Jaakkola is a log villa completed in 2022 in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski. The villa is spacious and roomy. Downstairs there is one bedroom and a sauna + bathroom. The loft also has plenty of space and sleeping places. The cottage has all the modern comforts and the large windows open up to a magnificent lake landscape in two directions. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!
