Vacation rentals with a patio in Sunshine Coast Regional District

Sandie was a lovely host, and the place was perfect for my stay! The unit was perfectly sized and the kitchenette had everything I needed to put together my meals. The attention to detail made this interior space feel welcoming and inviting from the moment I arrived. I can't think of a thing that could have made it nicer. The views were everchanging with a variety of weather patterns during my stay. The ocean and sky were so interesting, even dramatic at times. From the windows I saw eagles, seals and the herring season that came and went, turning the water a tropical blue. So funny to see, when we know the ocean is freezing this time of year. Fishing boats were there a few days, taking their catch. Then walking in the neighbourhood, even the occasional deer to surprise you. So many paths to the beach to walk along the rocky shore when the tide is out. Daytrips are easy to go to everything, from this location. Just a short drive to the main highway and you can see so many interesting things available on central Vancouver Island. I imagine in the summer it would be even lovelier. The hosts were so friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Randy and Barb’s condo. The condo was very clean, tasteful and roomy. It was equipped with everything we needed!! The resort had many desirable amenities including exercise room, pool and a good restaurant and lounge. We communicated with Randy a few times and he was always responsive, prompt and helpful. It was very apparent that the quality of our stay was very important to Randy and Barb. We really appreciated that. We highly recommend this listing!!

This place is a great find! Absolutely stunning view from the living room and bedroom of peaceful ocean rolling in and out, amazing sunset and overall the complex has lots to do. Restaurant on site is a great bonus! Hosts very responsive and flexible, we will definitely book here again! 2 points to be aware of: 1) There is a Personal Intake form that must be completed above and beyond Airbnb's info (click to show more 2x in the House Rules section), we were taken by surprise by this. 2) There is a suite attached to this rental unit that is also rented out. When occupied it can greatly affect the serenity of the environment as you can hear every word spoken. This was unexpected. Again, a couple unexpected notes but we would definitely book here again!

This is a great place with an amazing view. The hot tub added a romantic touch. Heidi’s instructions made everything so easy. I’ll definitely be coming back!

had a lovely girls trip with friends at Thi's place, beautiful location, garden and home, has everything you need for a relaxing weekend and especially loved sitting on the patio by the fire pit I would definitely go back again!

Super location - walkable to all services with trails literally on the property doorstep. House was very clean, well appointed and super comfortable with lots of places to lounge inside and out. Michelle and her husband were very friendly and excellent communicators.

We had the most amazing time here! In total we had 6 of us, 4 adults and our 1 yr old twins stayed here for the weekend and it was the most magical place. Lots of room for everyone, and the most perfect outdoor space. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a great space out of town. We will definitely be staying here on any of our future Sunshine Coast visits. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and very well decorated, everything looks brand new. The beds are comfortable and the entire place was extremely clean. Walking distance to the lake and ocean. I would recommend this place for people with kids as well as people with pets.

Cozy home away from home with peek a boo view of the water . 2 lovely beaches within walj Inv distance . Burnett Waterfalls also within walking distance . Central to downtown Sechelt . Sue and Byron are wonderful hosts , friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit !

This place is a true gem. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy what Gibsons has to offer by foot in particular. You can walk across the road in the morning for a swim or to breakfast, lunch & dinner in Gibsons. The bed was comfy, WiFi was good, literally no complaints. Will stay here again if I ever make it back to The Sunshine Coast

We had the most dreamy few days at the cottage. Rain or shine this place is amazing. Inside is so comfortable, well decorated and stocked with everything you need. Part of the deck outside is covered so you can enjoy even in the rain. It felt like an absolute oasis from our busy lives - exactly what we needed! The hosts were super responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Nestled in a circle of ancient cedars, on the edge of the forest, we were greeted by deer most mornings. The view of the snow covered mountains across the channel was spectacular. Convenient drive to upper or lower Gibsons. Decorated with Jeanne’s magnificent paintings, the suite was spacious and comfortable.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The resort had great amenities and a short walk to the beach. The suite itself was clean and well stocked. My family was very comfortable during our stay.

Our stay at Shannon's condo was fantastic. Views of the ocean and creek from the condo were amazing - full of wildlife and beauty, and the binoculars in the condo helped us view them a little more close up. Shannon was quick to respond when I couldn't figure out how to turn on the fireplace. The kitchen is small, but very well equipped, and we made most of our meals in the condo. The bed was very comfortable! There was one comfy chair in the living room, but the one small drawback in the condo was that seating in the living room wasn't super comfy. The amenities at the resort next door were fantastic. A very good value, for an overall wonderful stay, in an awe-inspiring location. I would 100% recommend Shannon's condo.

Our stay was amazing!! Christina had snacks placed out for us which we loved, the heated floor in the bathroom was awesome, temperature in the room was great, we really enjoyed the hot tub on sight and the restaurant within walking distance. We went for a walk on the nicely maintained walking trail beside the ocean, and then sat by the propane fireplace and watched the sun set. Lots of available covered parking, wish we stayed longer to try out the pool and other amenities. We loved our stay and would give 6 stars if possible, would stay again

The apartment had everything we needed and we felt right at home. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was well labelled and Andrea even had “kid” dishes so it suited us perfectly. There is a dishwasher which was great:. The place was tidy and clean. We had meals outside and enjoyed the view from the patio. The kids enjoyed the small outdoor pool which was heated. There is access to a marina from the property but no beach. Andrea was very communicative and responsive. She answered questions about the unit when needed and was helpful to provide local recommendations for beaches and things to do. We arrived late at night in the pitch dark but Andrea’s instructions to find the unit were helpful and much needed as there were no signs indicating any unit numbers that we could see. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend Andrea’s apartment to anyone exploring Halfmoon Bay!

Highly recommend a stay at Maria's place! The condo was spacious, very well stocked with kitchen equipment, linens, entertainment options (even a record player w/records!). Having the pool and hot tub right outside the patio door was amazing. Maria was very responsive to all of our messages. Would love to stay there again next time we're in Parksville!

My stay at Jill’s place was perfect. As a host, Jill is friendly and very helpful. Her place was exactly as listed and was just a few short steps to the water. I loved my daily walks along the coast. I hope to stay at Jill’s condo again in the near future.

Isaac was so thoughtful, when I inquired about a pack n play he said he’d buy one for us! He’s invested in making this place great for families and it shows! The setting is wonderful, so close to the amazing beach and nestled in a beautiful woodsy spot. The place was great - very clean and had everything we could need. The beach toys and gear was the cherry on top!

Great location. Suite had all we needed. Thoughtful touches. Parking for second vehicle a bit confusing. Beautiful view, lovely grounds, very clean space. Would definitely stay again.
