Great little place, had everything we needed for a weekend. The kitchen is small but well equipped and you can cook on the bbq (why wouldn’t you!). The hut tubs were a great touch, and the eggs were very tasty. Ariel was very responsive and friendly. All round would recommend to stay here.

A private deck is accessible through French doors, furnished with two chairs and a small table. Expansive views of surrounding greenery and the coastline are visible in the background, inviting relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.

What an amazing view in a lovely town with great beach walks and hikes close by. Could not recommend this place more. Amanda is a fabulous host, full of great recommendations and made certain everything at the flat was to our liking. We will definitely be back! Did I mention the view from the flat and deck was amazing? Absolutely mesmerizing, especially on a full moon.

I stayed in Chris' place this past weekend with my partner and parents. We had a wonderful weekend staying there. The airbnb was so well equipped, lovely and clean, we had a great time playing pool and the view was beautiful. Chris was very responsive and helpful with suggestions for activities and places to eat. Would highly recommend staying here.

My stay at The Tangled Garden was exactly what I needed :) the suite has a beautiful view of the North shore, private patio, steps from a private pebbly beach, with a large window that lets in the morning light. Joan is an attentive host! She had the suite ready, even the fire ready to be lit when I arrived. She even had the fridge stocked with breakfast bagels, jam and other goodies ☺️ Only a few minutes drive from the cove, I’d recommend anyone looking to explore the island stay here 🌻

Darren and Donna’s suite was sparkling clean throughout. Plenty of bedding, plenty of towels. The kitchenette was well equipped, but remember there’s no cooker (it’s in the description), so if you want hot foods it’s the microwave or take-out. The kettle and coffee maker was very appreciated. Yes, the property is up a hill so bear that in mind, but it’s very walkable to the beach or directly to downtown Sechelt Do head to the beach (bottom of the hill, turn right and across the main road) the views are stunning, there are rocks and logs to clamber around and there’s a pathway that heads into Sechelt. Darren was very responsive via the airbnb app before and during our stay. The welcome book had plenty of info and eatery recommendations, and there are other guides for local trails etc available as well. From my perspective, the suite is set up for being a base rather than somewhere to spend time, so if you’re looking to explore Sechelt and beyond, it’s a winner.

Darren and Mike went above and beyond in this Airbnb. From the moment we booked, everything was personalized - from the welcome letter and welcome board to the list of recommended activities for us and our puppy. There were also a lot of snacks and drinks in the pantry and fridge. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, even a dog bed for our pup! Darren and Mike also left a box of chocolates because we mentioned that it was a getaway for my wife’s birthday. We loved our stay and 100% recommend this Airbnb to anyone!

We pretty much lost our confidence in Airbnb before this visit and had been mostly using hotels for our travels in the last couple of years. Lack of options in Sunshine coast led us to Lily's suite, but what a great surprise. The suite is very clean and Lily was very responsive, also keen to help. The suite is the basement suite of a single house but you will not notice the presence of the host. The suite has no fancy amenities (like a hot tub :)), but is equipped with more than enough to make our 3-night stay comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well provided (free bottled water and snacks too). Bath and bedrooms are very clean too. The location is a bit of far from "downtown" but only a few minutes drive. Note that the "downtown" is dead at 8PM regardless so there's really no benefit of being close to the noisy highway traffic. Plus side is that it is super quiet. I think we saw more deer than people in the neighbourhood. I think the only "thing to improve" is the WiFi signal.

You can hear footsteps & vacuuming from the hosts living above, but otherwise was a very quiet spot in a great location! Perfect for exploring the island. Nice big place! Lots of room to roam. Bedrooms on opposite ends of living space so my daughter and i felt like we each had our own suite. Worked from home during our stay here so we appreciated the desks and how quiet the owners were upstairs. Good communication and responsiveness from Britt. Lots of extra stock on hand - eg towels, tp, well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and furniture. View was really nice too. Unfortunately, in February, the weather sucked the entire week of our stay so we didn’t get to appreciate it to the fullest or sit at the nice back patio area outside. Thanks, Britt

A wholly unforgettable and brilliantly restorative stay in Martin and Judy’s beautiful creekside AirBnb on the Sunshine Coast. From the warm welcome we received, Martin’s local recommendations (and dry wit) and the all-around-excellently appointed apartment to the array of nearby wildlife (sea otters, seals, moon jellyfish and Bald Eagles right on the doorstep), the possibilities for canoe-based-exploration and the irresistible call of the hot tub as the sun started to set… we loved every second.
