Comfortable 4 bedroom home. Kid friendly fenced backyard with swing set. Separate dog run with kennel and dog house. Full kitchen and cozy deck to enjoy the evenings. Forest access for walking. 1 hour from Grand Canyon and Sedona. Close to Sunset Crater and Walnut Canyon. Downtown Flagstaff is a 25 minute drive. Central location for sightseeing and great place to relax and recover. NO A/C, but fans for each room and a cooling unit for the living room/kitchen.
