A recent stay at Robert’s home in Ben Lomond was exceptional. The property felt like home from the pictures on the wall to the books in the bookcase. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and toiletries was like walking into our personal family vacation home with everything clean and organized. Upon our arrival, we contacted the owner to let them know we arrived. We enjoyed a welcoming orientation of the property. The location was ideal with convenient access to stores and restaurants. We could not have selected a better place to enjoy quality family time and celebrate a graduation from UC Santa Cruz. This was a super stay and gets our highest recommendation.

I booked Bella's place on my wedding weekend for my wedding party. It has everything that we need for a large party. We love how modernized it is. Highly recommend.

What a lovely space!! Michelle’s place is about as cozy as can be with a very peaceful backyard setting that felt more like a private retreat. Comfy bed, nice kitchen, large tv, and a wonderful bathroom setup made for an amazing stay.

Really great location in the red woods. Perfect place to spend a quiet weekend. The kitchen was well equipped. The fridge had a whole entertainment component built in so it was nice to use to play music in the kitchen. The outdoor space is super private and the hot tub is so peaceful. Bathroom is nice. Shower is spacious. Comfortable sleeping options. Overall a clearly well loved and taken care of space.

This was our second stay here. Our daughter's family lives in the neighborhood and this is the perfect location for us to stay while visiting. It is quiet, comfortable and just what we need. The yard is very cute and we love to look at the animals with our grandchildren. We lucked out and saw the planets aligned from the driveway on the 25th, as it is dark enough to view the stars without city lights. Don and Lori are great hosts- there are treats and fresh eggs in the fridge, and everything we needed was right there. We will be back.

Hard to find a better priced place with this level of modernity and space. As others have mentioned it's a windy drive from highway 17, about 35 minutes from Santa Cruz, 20 minutes from Los Gatos (really cool town), and 30 minutes from San Jose. Of course, the semi-remote location is part of the appeal - redwood trees all around the yard, visible from inside the house, and all around beautiful steep terrain. The attached home is great - super comfortable couch in the living room, great bed in the bedroom, kitchenette and spacious bathroom.

I had an excellent stay here! Hosts were so great, very proactive making sure I had everything I needed inside. The place was clean, spacious, and well stocked! And the location was great if you're working nearby. I will add I arrived a night early (my own mistake) and the hosts rushed to get the space ready for me and change my reservation to avoid having me find a hotel that night. Very appreciative of that! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Linda and Bob are wonderful hosts. We love their beautiful studio. The location is an amazing and we felt very safe and secure. Their property is a beautiful vineyard and the pool is right outside the studio. Lots of walkable paths, and our dogs Loved it. We will be back!

The host was highly professional and responsive, promptly addressing all requests and ensuring everyone’s comfort throughout their visit. Very nice little apartment and one of our favorite places! The bed is super comfortable which was important to us. The kitchen is well-stocked, full refrigerator, and had a Keurig with coffee. We liked being away from downtown, but still conveniently located.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the apartment was large and lovely with hardwood floors and thoughtful decor. It was nice to have a covered parking spot so close to the apartment, and I loved the little lounge seat in the bedroom. The closets were very roomy with big mirrors and there were lots of comfy blankets and towels and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper for guests. The bathroom had two sinks and lots of drawers and cabinets. The area was quiet and safe and the neighbors were friendly. I especially loved the water features on the grounds, and the patio had a perfect view of the fountains and beautiful redwood trees. The hosts were great and answered the few questions I had. It was very peaceful and I would definitely stay here again!

A group of us stayed for a wedding in town, and had a great time at Elia’s lounging by the pool and making breakfast together in the mornings. The hosts were super responsive and even Amazoned us a reusable keurig cup during our stay for us to enjoy our own coffee beans

I was so blown away by this beautiful property. The house is located in the middle of tall redwood trees and has a very expensive feel. There are several decks in the big driveway and lots of space to go hiking and walking and let your dogs run around the house itself is lovelyand cozy. Very clean nicely decorated. I would go back again and again.

Beautiful Airbnb! Very spacious, very comfortable for my husband and me. I often do not book airbnbs with a few reviews, but I decided to take a chance with this one. Rebecca's communication even before I decided to book - was quick, friendly & very communicative. That was a huge plus for me and I booked immediately. Many Pros * Clean & Spacious * Beautiful backyard! - Dog friendly too (we did not bring our dog but next time we might) * Quiet! I am a very light sleeper and I barely heard any noise at night * AC - I get hot easily so this was perfect * Washer/Dryer stocked with detergent * Have your own parking - there is street parking but may be busy at night but still manageable The only thing that I noticed but not a big deal for us - is the angle of the TV. So you will have to sit at a certain angle on some couches to see the TV clearly. But not a big deal since I was enjoying watching TV from the small dining table. 10/10 would recommend.

The place was nice and close to freeway and dining, parking was a little difficult because I had a full-size truck otherwise was good. They always replied to questions and were on sending messages to make sure we had everything we needed.

Cute place to stay and not too far from the highway and exits. Enough space for car parking, on the street or the driveway. Host is helpful and prompt. Area gets a little empty later in the evening, but felt pretty safe. Not many big grocery stores at walking distance. Got everything you need for a short or long stay. A nice backyard to have a coffee at. Overall was a smooth stay.

Nice and quiet stay near the University and close to many offices in the South Bay area. Clean and well kept. Be mindful it is a basement and there could be folks above you, but it didn’t bother me. Would recommend!

Emily is a great host—very responsive, with clear instructions. I appreciate hosts who have straightforward rules; it shows they care about their home and choose quality guests. I also respected the place with five-star care. The place is very convenient, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. We booked for three people, and most places only offer a sofa bed for the third guest. My husband was very happy to have his own proper bed. The sheets were clean, soft, and comfortable—we slept very well. The smart TV had plenty of options and was easy to use. The washer and dryer are in the garage, which made doing laundry very quiet. The location is great! We rented a car and had the driveway all to ourselves. In conclusion, it’s a truly sweet home to stay in while visiting the Bay Area.

There’s nothing like walking in & feeling right at home. Super clean & FRESH feeling. The primary bed was so comfortable, I had to inquire on where to purchase the mattress from! Thanks for a great Santa Clara graduation weekend :)

It was ideal location as we wanted to do some shopping it was near the mall and some restaurants .it’s near the the airport as we were travelling from abroad. Great location x
