Great Host love the place. My second time there and would love to stay again.

The Condo was very nice and comfortable. It was just what we wanted. The beach was right across the street and very accessible. It is very close to several seafood restaurants right on the water. It was very clean and It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable especially after a fun day at the beach. Me and my sisters had a great reunion and were very pleased with the condo. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Anthony and Crystal!

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay and would certainly return. The house was beautiful and decor was like the pictures. It felt like home the first night we stayed. Mimi's condo was perfect for our family of four with two teen boys. The condo was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the view was gorgeous, everything was perfect. Mimi responded immediately when I had any questions and provided amenities like beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. My family loved the condo 🤍

Phenomenal place. Had its own pool. Literally steps away from the beach. Plenty of space for the whole family. Bedrooms were comfortable. Extremely clean. Carol was so nice to work with & communicated quickly & effectively. We had the best stay. We had 6 adults and one child with us. We will definitely be back to Carol’s place!

We have been traveling with friends to the Seabreeze Jazz Festival in PCB for five years. The first year we stayed on the 18th floor of a high-rise condo on the beach. At the end of our stay, we decided that did not suit us and we looked for a home to rent. We lucked out and found the Grey Narwhal which is where we stayed the following year. This year (2025) was our fourth consecutive year staying there and we are already booked for next April. The house is exactly as described. It is very comfortable with a kitchen full of all the amenities that we need. Everything in the house is good to excellent quality from the crockery in the kitchen to the bed linens and towels. There’s also some interesting reading material; if you choose to stay at the Grey Narwhal, look for the Ladybird books for adults on the shelf above the couch. Great reading! Paul and Janet are extremely responsive and friendly hosts and have given us great recommendations in the past. Looking forward to 26!

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We loved the area and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the amazing beaches. Beautiful stay; thank you, Yubeiri, for your hospitality and accommodations!

January's place was cozy and welcoming. it is in a great location, you can easily walk to many restaurants. perfect place for a small family.. would stay again!! also January had great communication and always answered fast..

Beautiful house in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy access to the beach and the community pool. The house was perfect for our group of 3 families with young kids. The bunk bed room worked perfect for our little ones.

Great space! Esther was super responsive and helpful. We were able to walk to the beach, away from all of the crowds. Short drive to all of the attractions. Would stay here again!

I stayed here for a week while I worked in town. It is a dream! Very quiet and peaceful location. The beds are a dream! 💭 The kitchen is beautifully updated and has all the things you might need. The A/C works great (I am hot-natured) and the lock and unlock app for the door is very convenient. It’s so nice to have a full kitchen and laundry facilities when staying in town for a full week. Would 100% recommend and I would stay again if the need arises. Thanks again!

Our experience at Norberto & Hilary home was exceptional. It what we needed and expected. Norberto was very easy to communicate with and very responsive to our messages. He is an awesome host. We loved the home, the area & everything that was included. We definitely will be booking with him again. ❤️

Perfect getaway. 30A can be hectic. At this location we were a few steps from the beach, and easy access to all the area has to offer. We often moved around by bikes and there are many restaurants and shops you can easily access. We could walk to inlet beach in just a few minutes. The house was spacious and it was nice to sit and relax in the porch or in the backyard by the fire

Beautiful home in a great location! Home had a lot of amenities for our trip and was a short walk to the beach. Jessica was extremely responsive to all messages and check in was a breeze.
