Colleen was super she really helped us out. Place was beautiful had everything someone could ask for. The only thing I didn’t like was how pushy the check in people are about selling you a time share even when you deny them politely they don’t seem to take no for an answer.

Everything was great. Hotel amenities, Location, property was FANTASTIC! Perfect property with Fontainebleau amenities! Karen was an excellent host. We have stayed in Miami 10+ times and I would stay at this location again! If you have an early arrival make reservations at La Core while you wait!

O apartamento de Carlos é muito grande e com uma linda vista lateral da praia de Sunny Islan. Fica próximo de um bom comércio e foi possível fazer tudo a pé ( o que é difícil em Miami) tínhamos supermercado , academia no bairro da Reebok com Day use de 28 dólares ( tem academia no prédio mas era pequena ) , fama ia, restaurantes , manicures, salão de beleza , lojas , etc. Carlos sempre foi muito gentil e respondia com agilidade todas as mensagens

The location is great, view is great, half from beach, half port, the beach is soooo great,! Everything I need in the room, and provide free beach chairs, the only thing I don’t like is the communication, the customer service only response in the morning.

Host was very responsive and even after a few miscommunications on my end she made sure to speak with me and make sure all was clear :) The place was clean and in a great area - would deff stay again

We really liked our stay here! Walking distance to a walmart (right across the bridge). The ocean is on one side and the canal on the other and you can see both from the balcony. Great gym for a condo as well! Laundry room is right across the hallway.

Carmina and Raquel were extremely responsive, less than 5 minutes literally. The place was awesome, they are great hosts.

Es la primera vez que nos alojamos en esta zona y la verdad fue increible. Las fotos coinciden exactamente con el lugar. salida directa a la playa, super atención del personal del hotel y del anfitrion quien estuvo siempre en contacto con nosotros. Lo mejor de lo mejor, la vista al mar desde cualquier ambiente del departamento. Sin dudas volveriamos a quedarnos en este resort.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb for five nights, and it was truly an exceptional experience! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and had everything I needed. Their responsiveness and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and well-hosted stay. Me and a friend were visiting here for medical a reason as it was close to a lot . This apartment was in the center to many different restaurants and grocery stores which was very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe walking around. Bianca was very friendly and responsive whenever we had a question or concern . She made sure everything was figured out. The amenities included with the apartment were also very helpful like kitchen utensils ,towels, and bathroom toiletries incase you forgot any . I would definitely stay here again or even at any of her other apartments in the building l.

Todo muy bien, el departamento estaba limpio, y es tal cual aparece en la publicación, la comunicación con Stephan muy fluida, tenía sillas de playa, cooler y es muy cerca de la playa, supermercado y restaurantes. Lo único que podrían avisar que está en reparación, jueves a las 7:45am empezaron a taladrar fuerte, el resto de los días no hubo mayor ruido por ser fin de semana. Pero para los que alojan en la semana deberían avisar.
