Amazing place! The view from the condo is incredible, unlike anything else. The condo is very spacious and well equipped. Easy check-in and check-out process. Aventura Mall is a short drive from the spot. Overall, great experience!

Our stay at Silvana's apartment was very pleasant. The space was comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen. It also included beach accessories (umbrella, wagon, and children's toys), which were very useful for us. We stayed with my husband and 3-year-old son, and we really liked it. We would definitely choose Silvana's apartment again.

Awesome experience. Everything was clean, looked just like the listing description, and the perfect location to the beach. The place is also great if you are traveling with little ones because a pack n play and baby bath tub were available for use. I would definitely book again.

Alejandro was very easy to work with and proactively communicated the process for managing access to the property and all bills that we would see. The view from the condo is fantastic and we enjoyed the atmosphere of the resort. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed Ana’s place. The ocean views are spectacular and really made it feel like a vacay. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and no shortage of extra linens. Pool and beach are an elevator ride away. Thank you Ana for your responsiveness and attention before, during, and after our stay.

My husband, 18 yr old daughter, and I stayed for 8 days at Stephanie’s place and we enjoyed every minute! The kitchen was fully stocked with all size plates, pots and pans, wine glasses, and even plastic containers for leftovers. A short walk to the beach and she provided beach chairs, towels, and umbrella along with a cart to help with the schlep. The decor is beautiful and newly renovated. Lots of good lighting. Even the car parking space was close to the building door. There is a mini mart, hair salon and coffee shop downstairs. Apartment is close by to everything. Will definitely visit again

Great view of Hollywood Beach from the PentHouse! The place looked bigger in person than in the pictures so that was a big plus. Just make sure to plan for long elevator waits on the weekends!

The apartment was perfect. The photos coincided with the accommodation, the host was always available to support, it is very nice. We felt right at home. An excellent experience.

Great location on the beach. Not as many house instructions as I’m used to for an Airbnb which might be a benefit for some renters. Host was responsive to my questions. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, the location was perfect and the unit was immaculate with many thoughtful touches, everything was high-end and planned out so well. There were even condiments and coffee available, toiletries, and suggestions for local excursions with coupons included! This was a super relaxing experience for my birthday while attending a concert locally with our favorite music. WiFi was great and nice size TVs with on demand available. Comfortable bed and couch, the unit was beautiful, right on the beach.

This rental is a fabulous unit! The condo is located on the beach with a view of the ocean. My wife and I spent most nights on the porch eating dinner and enjoying the view. Condo building is located about 1 mile from the 2 mile broadwalk (not boardwalk!), which enabled us to exercise just about every day....and if walking/running doesn't float your boat, the condo has a decent gym located by the pool area. The unit is extremely well stocked with pots, pans, baking items, food storage items, dishes etc. We enjoyed an extended stay and found absolutely everything we needed! During our stay, we had a few questions and texted Melanie. She typically answered within 15 minutes. We felt that she was genuinely concerned about our comfort and went out of her way to make sure our stay was the best it could be. If you are staying in Hollywood, don't look any further....this is a great place to stay!!

German is a true gentlemen. The place is perfect : very well located, very clean and very secured. We enjoyed every minute of it.

Everything is perfect. It has a wheelchair access ramp. Stay sol told me they didn't have it, but they do, so I recommend it. The construction work next door and the noise is tremendous and I'm not exaggerating, and they'll be there for a while, as a new building has just started. Everything else is perfect

Everything was just great, the place is exactly as it looks in the pictures. All activities are in a walking distance. Ocean 5 min walk. The vacation was a success!!!Thank you so much!!!
