Claudia was a fantastic host! She was very helpful, answering our questions about the neighborhood and where to buy groceries. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of 6. The garden and pool area were beautifully maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Overall we had a great time and felt right at home.

Everything was nice! Communication from the hosts were great. 10/10 highly recommended! The kids really enjoyed the pool!

As perfect as anyone could expect. One minor issue that im sure they were not aware of but jumped to correct it. Two of the most important things for is is there was nothing misleading about the property description and the communication couldn't have been better.

Christina’s place was absolutely lovely! The pool was perfect, and the backyard felt like a little oasis—so peaceful and relaxing. The interior was exactly as expected, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had such a great time and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Wow! Just WOW! I appreciate Beatriz deeply, as she was available to accommodate my family and I for a last minute reservation, as my prior plan fell through. Beatriz was easy to communicate with, very thorough, empathic and overall a sweet, genuine spirit. The home was very beautiful and clean! I was very impressed with how everything was organized and decorated. The location was serene as well. I was able to play a little pool and brush up on my skills. I wish I was able to play the other games she had available but didn’t have time. I am so happy that I was able to stay here with family. We all enjoyed it, along with the amenities (my mother was impressed with the availability of kitchen and cooking utensils!). THANK YOU BEATRIZ! I will certainly return whenever I take a trip down to Florida.

Great place to stay! The house is on a quiet street, a short walk to the beach. You don't need to worry about anything; the house has it all. Charmaine was amazing, checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a big plus! I 100% recommend this place for families with small kids!

This was a perfect place to stay for the group size we had. We had tons of room and space for everybody. The house was clean and free of any clutter. The pool was nice and clean.

Best AIRBNB ever. The house is at a great location, just by the beach, and has everything you may need to enjoy your vacation. Michael was very kind and helpful. No better choice in Miami. Great value for money, specially considering the free parking.

Great unit in a perfect building. Pool & grounds are always clean. Minutes from the beach and restaurants. Very quiet, perfect for the family. Would recommend to anyone wanting to be close to the action, but enjoys peace and quiet!

Me and my family had a great experience at Zac’s house. View is absolutely beautiful. House is located very close to Publix, CVS, and Marshall’s. House was fully equipped with all cooking utensils. The pool was a great amenity. Zac was a great host, he checked in every once in a while to see how we were doing. We hope to be back soon!

This home was the perfect base for our six-week stay in Oakland Park. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and ideal for two remote workers. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the furnishings were exactly as pictured. We especially loved spending time on the patio and in the backyard, and the quiet neighborhood made for pleasant walks with our dogs. The beach was an easy drive away, and we also enjoyed the Wilton Manors nightlife, which was just a quick trip from the house. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in Florida was to visit family and friends in Miami as well as Del Rey Beach and Stuart. The location was perfect to go in either direction. The beach is a short distance. I would recommend taking Uber or Lyft as parking can be very expensive and hard to find. It’s very close to the grocery store and restaurants. Matthew was an excellent host. He reached out often to ensure all was as expected. The booking, check in and out were a breeze. The place was easy to find, clean and peaceful.

Everything you’d want in an Airbnb. The backyard is like a private oasis. Tropical landscape and the photos don’t really do it justice. House is cute and clean. Beds comfy. Definitely exceeded expectations for our trip.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia na casa da Melinda e Bud. Espaço super confortável e aconchegante, ótima localização em um bairro muito bonito e seguro. Todos os cômodos da casa muito bem equipados, tendo tudo o que precisávamos. Um diferencial que adoramos muito, foi ter à disposição 4 bicicletas, para conhecer ainda mais a região e também a flexibilidade do check-in/check-out. Melinda foi super gentil e prestativa em nos ajudar desde o início da viagem, assim como sempre nos respondeu o mais rápido possível. Agradecemos por tornar nossa estadia super agradável! This is our second stay at The Tropical River House, and it is an absolutely wonderful place to relax and take in the beautiful scenery. Located right along a small river, with tropical palm trees framing the most beautiful sunset, all right in the back yard! We were visited by various tropical inhabitants such as ducks, cormorants, a few iguanas sunning themselves on the seawall, and also pods of Manatees slowly swimming by from time to time. It's just wonderful, it's so nice that we spent a couple of days on the back deck relaxing, in lieu of going to the beach. Although we did get some great beach time too! The house is exactly as described, is very clean and organized, and has all the amenities you'll ever need. We "cooked in" on several nights and the kitchen has it all! The neighborhood is quiet, and the home is near to restaurants, shopping, the beach and just about everything. The Tropical River House, once again, exceeded our expectations and we will be back soon.

Martin always answer in less than 2 minutes. Friendly, very attentive. Great place to stay, really peaceful and clean. Will definitely recommend it.
