The cabin has 2 fireplaces, a laundry room and a sauna. At the cabin there is a covered patio and boat and canoe can be provided, but must be booked separately. For fishing for fishing in the water, you have to buy a fishing license. The cabin is located at Viksdalsvatnet/Hestadfjorden and in a great hiking area. Further up the valley one comes to Gaularfjellet and over to Sogn. In the opposite direction is Førde with 13000 inhabitants
