Very beautiful house, clean and well equipped! So close to the beach! We had a cozy stay and we will definitely be back! Helena is so easy to communicate with! So responsive! I highly recommend this place!

We felt super comfortable. Carola has equipped the house very well and cozily furnished it. Unfortunately, it was still very cold, so we could not use the terrace and the other different seating areas in the garden. The location is fantastically beautiful and very quiet. For nature lovers, there are numerous hiking and excursion opportunities. We highly recommend Carola's place!

We had a fantastic stay at Malin's. The house and the property are even more beautiful than the pictures. Perfect amenities, enough space for us 7 adults. It's very quiet in the village. Perfect for relaxing! And we also saw the northern lights. Perfect for anyone looking to escape from everyday stress! Absolutely recommendable!

Perfect space efficient accommodation within walking distance from central Sundsvall! There were three of us who spent a weekend there and were happy with everything. Brilliant communication, clean and fresh and cozy feeling. Extra plus for the small patio where the sun shone on well from morning to late afternoon!

This was a very good and nice accommodation that met expectations. The host couple was very nice and helpful. The surroundings were very nice with views of Sundsvall and proximity to both the Southern Mountain outdoor area and town. The kitchen area was small but what was needed was there to be able to cook there.

Great place to stay for two. Generous spaces, comfy bed, and a wonderful shower. Perfect for us as we mostly used the apartment for overnight for three days, unfortunately we were only there in the evenings and did not see much of the surroundings. Little things that were positive were coffee, chocolate and spices, you don't get that at all Airbnb…. However, the entrance is a bit awkward if you do not have good balance, at least winter time.
