Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

Farmhouse in Söråker

Welcome to Lillhuset, our farmhouse in a quiet location centrally in Söråker. Here, you can stay comfortably, with space for 3–4 people. The sleeping areas are divided into a bedroom with a smaller double bed and single bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed. Wifi and TV with Chromecast. Pets are welcome, 2 cats live on the property. EV charging stations are available; actual cost/consumption is charged according to the current electricity price. Please note that we only rent to individuals, not to companies or through agents.

Relax in this quiet accommodation, beautifully situated with a nice view of the Ljungan River. Private dock where you can take a morning swim. Two SUPs with life jackets are also available to borrow. Only about 1 km from Matfors center, where there are shops, restaurants, etc. Large terraces and garden for relaxation. It is also excellent for fishing straight from the jetty (a fishing license is required if you are over 15 years old) Only 12 km to the fine river fishing in lower Ljungan (Salmon, Sea trout, Grayling, etc.)

Relax in this unique, oceanfront and quiet accommodation. You will live in a private loft with a large balcony with fantastic sea views. The beach is 200 meters away and the rock pools are about 500 meters away. Private toilet is available in the accommodation. However, there is no shower, but if necessary, you can rinse off in the sauna house. It is also possible to rent a sauna, 2 paddleboards and an extra bedroom with bunk beds on the lower floor. This is a cozy farmhouse that is in close proximity (about 15m) to the main building. Wifi. Netflix Noraström is well located geographically close to everything in Högakusten, 5 km to Högakusten Bridge, 20 km to the National Park, from here you can quickly get on the E4 from our farmhouse. The cottage has sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels prepared for each guest before you arrive. We take care of the cleaning after your visit, including washing the bed linens. We use self check-in!

Ortsjöns Hästgård

Newly-renovated bakery cottage right in the heart of a horse farm. Only 15 km from the E4, in a peaceful environment overlooking both nature and farm life. Close to lake and swimming area. The cottage has all the comforts, sleeps 2-3 people. Fully equipped kitchen with wood stove, stove, fridge and baking oven. Towels and bed linen included. Upon arrival, there are also fresh eggs from the farm in the fridge! If you want to visit the farm's horses or cows, we'll arrange it.

Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Free parking in the yard.

This charming cottage is situated on an island with the living room overlooking the estuary. There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or bikes.

Relax in this peaceful accommodation in a rural idyll. The cottage is beautifully located overlooking the fields in Berga village. Within a few kilometers there is the sea, Bergafjärden's beach and camping, good climbing, golf course and fishing or swimming in Ljungan. The town of Njurunda with shops and transportation (bus, train) is two km away. 20 minutes by car to Sundsvall.
