Very close to Timrå ice rink, indoor bandy and soccer hall, cross-country skiing, and Timrå's new swimming hall. The accommodation is right next to beautiful Indalsälven. The apartment is part of our garage, but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. Car to Sundsvall takes about 20 minutes.

The main building is about 65m2 with open floor plan for kitchen and living areas. One bedroom with double bed and small hallway into incineration toilet/shower room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Extra guest house ( built in 2016 ) is 15m2 with double bed/divider bar. Large solar balconies for those of you who want to sunbathe . Within walking distance of 800 meters from Skatan's idyllic fishing village is our holiday home. Private plot with large grass lawn. Many excursions are in the surroundings. Closest to Skatan's cafe and restaurant that will, among other things, offer jazz evenings this summer. Galtström's mill is also a popular excursion destination with an old working environment with harbor and swimming at Vitsand. In Junibodsand and Lörudden there are also nice summer restaurants.
