Private toilet is located in dwellings. There is no shower, but if necessary, you can rinse off in the sea or with a bucket in the sauna house. Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

Välkommen till Toppstugan på natursköna Storholmen utanför Sundsvall/Alnö. Ön har rik natur och spännande historia som kustfästning. Tre stycken kanoner finns idag bevarade på ön. Stugan har tre rum och kök med storstuga, två sovrum och välutrustat kök. Utsikten är oslagbar med havsutsikt både mot norr och söder. Transport sker med egen båt eller bokad båttransport med oss. Pris: 300kr/person tur/retur Storholmen-Spikarna. Tid enligt överenskommelse med oss.

Välkommen till denna oas på vackra Hemsön, i världsarvet Höga Kusten. Här bor du bara ett stenkast från havet, med tillgång till en liten strand (delas med värden) där du kan starta dagen med ett morgondopp eller njuta av kvällssolen i stillhet. Två roddbåtar (med flytvästar att låna) finns att tillgå. Vill ni även pröva fiskelyckan finns det fiskegrejer att låna. Kolgrill, kol och tändvatska finns på altanen.
