The little house is approximately 50 square meters (538 square feet) with two small bedrooms with a total of five beds, a bathroom, and a kitchen. There is also an apartment building with a gym. On the property, there is a wood-fired hot tub, trampoline, 2 charging stations for electric vehicles, barbecue, and outdoor furniture. The listing is best suited for families with children. Partys are not allowed. Sheets and towels are included if required.

We rent out our house in central Sundsvall. The house is a semi-detached house on a quiet street, with a large playground and outdoor gym as the nearest backyard. A walk to the city center takes just over 10 minutes. Good bus connections a stone's throw away. The house has 4 bedrooms divided into three smaller ones with 90/120 beds and one larger one with a 180 bed. Bathroom with shower on both floors. Sauna in the bathroom on the lower floor. Fiber connection. Electric car charger. Patio with gas grill. The house is ready for occupancy.

In Sundsvall there are 5 different slalom slopes. Biking distance and good bus connection to Stenstan, Sundsvall City Center. Children's equipment, toys & bicycles are available to borrow.

This house is 100 meter from a lake where you can swim and you have your private sauna directly by the lake. 1 km from the house to the opposite site, you can find the ocean with a beach. The place is 25 min from the town of Sundsvall by car. You can hire a two bicycles for an extra price of 200 kr and bycicle to the nearby siteseeing places such as the fisher village Skatan, the white guide restaurant and ocean walk Lörudden, the beach camping with minigolf Björköfjärden or Juniskär. Hi! I am often out traveling for work and find it sad that the apartment is empty when I am not at home. That's why I rent it out when I'm away. It is a pleasant and well-planned studio apartment with a comfortable 160 bed, separate kitchen and a quiet location even though everything in central Sundsvall is just around the corner. Enjoy 55" UHD TV in the evening on the couch with a movie, easy to connect your computer or mobile phone. Towels and clean sheets are provided.

Bäckarängs farm

In northern Hälsingland, Bäckarängs gård has its roots in the 18th century. A comfortable and fresh holiday home with proximity to Hassela Ski Resort as well as winter fishing and snowmobile tours. The accommodation has comfortable double beds, a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room with tumble dryer in the house's basement. The easiest way to get here is by car. On the property, there is plenty of parking, but we cannot currently offer electric car charging.
