The apartment has two outdoor seating areas with sea view and there is outdoor furniture and barbecue grill. A small football field is also available just outside.

In Älvängen city center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.
