Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sunderland Bay

It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The location was perfect, just a short walk to local cafes 360, which had amazing coffe, pastries and pies and a little longer walk to the beach, either rye or St Andrew’s. It was close to shopping centres, and surrounded by fantastic local cafes, pubs and shops. The house itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The spa and sauna were such a treat after long beach days, and we loved having the outdoor BBQ for casual dinners. The collection of board games kept us entertained in the evenings, and the beds and pillows were honestly some of the comfiest we’ve ever experienced,like sleeping on a cloud! The views from the property were absolutely stunning, adding to the peaceful and relaxing vibe. And to top it all off, our host was welcoming, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d come back in a heartbeat, highly recommended!

Darren's place was exactly like the pictures, it was such a great place in a great location, it was clean and he provided loads of towels and bedding and I couldn't recommend Darren's place enough!

This property is absolutely stunning! I have already linked it to all my family members and I think this place may be a family tradition soon! It’s so spacious, so many nice details and great for families! Will definitely be back again.

Rod’s place was easy to find and located close to shops and the beach. It had a beautiful sunset view and lots of seating to enjoy on the verandah. There was lots of space for our family in the house with 2 living spaces. The house was decorated with Rod’s passion for music. The kitchen was well equipped with more appliances than a usual Airbnb. The pantry was also well stocked with plenty of extras. Lots of space for our dog to run around outside as well. There were also lots of tv screens every where enough for everyone to choose what they wanted to watch. Board games provided entertainment for our little ones. Lots of wood provided for a lovely fireplace in the colder months. Thank you for having our family.

It was a very clean place that exceeded our expectations. A slightly earlier check-in and later checkout would have been preferred, as we were only staying one night and didn’t get to spend much time at the accom. Other than that - many thanks for the wonderful stay!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sandra's apartment. It has everything you need and more. The views are breathtaking and i would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a peaceful scenic stay at San Remo!

Honestly couldn’t fault our stay. Janette was very helpful with any questions we had and the location was perfect. Accommodation was clean and tidy and very spacious for two. Beach is literally across the road and morning coffee a 5 min walk, with a variety of restaurants and cafes a couple of mins by car. We were attending our sons graduation at Cerberus and found this to be a perfect location to attend the ceremony (25 min drive) and also enjoy the best of the Mornington Peninsula

Isadora's place is as described. I had no issue with the stairs to the location as they are not as steep or as long as I expected. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. I would stay there again.

Had a wonderful stay at this place in Phillip Island! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Steve, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. There was a detailed file with clear instructions and information about nearby attractions and their timings, which made exploring the area so much easier. We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. a great place to getaway for the weekend :) my partner and i stayed at maggie’s place for our fifth anniversary. it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. we loved the apartment’s decor and views. we also loved that everything was an easy walking distance. judy was an excellent host too :) she was so sweet and helpful!! as a first time user of airbnb, she has definitely set a high standard for hosts. :)

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

This listing exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless and beautifully styled with good quality furnishings. It had everything I needed for my young family of 4. The week we stayed the temperature ranged from 30-40 but the apartment stayed cool with no need to use the AC provided. The beds are also super comfortable. Communication was really great with pro active messages containing all the information I would need. The kids loved the cookies and milk left to welcome us to the home and I thought the hand written welcome note was a lovely touch. We will definitely rebook when we are next in town.
