Bright and delicately decorated apartment. Built up as a hotel suite, with living room, bedroom with kitchenette, big shower and separate bathroom. Here you can relax in the quiet and rural surroundings. The summer towns of Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only a 40 minute drive away. And for those who love to go skiing, there's a big trail network at Kleivvann and Skitrekk on Gautefall. In summertime, you can seek out some of Gjerstad's nice swimming spots like Sandåkerhølen or Kleivvann. Hunting terrain can be rented through Statskog.

Boat is included, but bring your own life jackets. Free fishing for trout and perch. Good opportunities for berry and mushroom smoking. The cabin must be cleaned upon departure. One bedroom with 2 single 80 cm wide beds, 1 bedroom with bunk bed 120 cm wide down and 80 cm wide up. Sun from morning to night. Car parking under the roof. We have boats for rent. Norwegian and German TV channels accessible Essentials, bed linen/towels etc, can be rented for NOK 100,-/set. Note that the apartment is located in a bay with marina and cafe on the other side, traffic here can occasionally feel like noise.

Downtown cozy little house, renovated in 2018. Walking distance to the ferry harbour where you can easily island jump in Kragerø's beautiful archipelago. The house is located on a small(70m) charming hill(therefore not suitable for people with difficulty walking) as it is often in Kragerø with narrow roads and crooked paths. Plenty of free parking down the road. The house is very unoccupied despite its downtown location. The road up and the gate is shared with another house(assembled). Private entrance and outdoor space.

Rennsunda - Sunny, wonderful view in Vegårshei

You have to drive a boat a little way to arrive at the lodge. It is located about 50 meters from the shoreline, and has excellent swimming right outside. It is no more than about 300 meters to a lovely sandy beach. It follows a small boat with the rent. The cabin has nice terrace and quite large grounds around it, and is the perfect base if you like a walk in the woods, or to fling out a fishing line to haul up some barbecue. Here you can enjoy summer days and long, light nights.

This is a brewery house from 1646, renovated in summer 2020. The house consists of a main room with a cozy living room and a brand new kitchen and well as a bathroom. On the loft there is a new double bed. Firewood free for own consumption (must pick up yourself in garage / woodshed). You can clean out of the apartment yourself or order cleaning (550kr). There are duvets and pillows in the beds, but bed linen must be rented outside for kr. 75 per set. Not sleeping bags.
