Flott innredet leilighet i fredelige omgivelser.

Lys og delikat innredet leilighet. Bygd opp som en hotell suite,med stue, soverom med kjøkkenkrok,stor dusj og bad. Her kan man slappe av i rolige og landlige omgivelser. Det er en stor dobbeltseng og sprinkelseng. Risør,Kragerø og Tvedestrand er kun 40 minutter unna med bil. Om sommeren kan man oppsøke noen av Gjerstads fine badeplasser som Sandåkerhølen eller Kleivvann. Det er også kort vei for de som liker langrenn og på Gautefall kan man renne nedover. Jaktterreng kan leies gjennom Statskog

Uendelig med turområder i vakker sørlands natur rett utenfor døren. Koselig lokalsamfunn med nærbutikker i 10 minutters gange fra huset. Et perfekt feriehus i hjertet av Sørlandet- 30 min. fra Kragerø og 20 min. fra Risør. Strøm kommer i tillegg. Bassenget er tilgjengelig fra 1. mai til 1. oktober

This is a brewery house from 1646, renovated in summer 2020. The house consists of a main room with a cozy living room and a brand new kitchen and well as a bathroom. On the loft there is a new double bed. Firewood free for own consumption (must pick up yourself in garage / woodshed). You can clean out of the apartment yourself or order cleaning (550kr). There are duvets and pillows in the beds, but bed linen must be rented outside for kr. 75 per set. Not sleeping bags.

Medbring drikkevann(20l drikkevann er på hytta), Kjøleskap, fryser og komfyr på gass. Belysning og lademuligheter gjennom 12v solcelleanlegg. Peis med gratis ved. Båt er inkludert, men ha med egne redningsvester. Gratis fiske etter ørret og abbor. Gode muligheter for bær- og soppsanking. Hytta må rengjøres ved avreise. Ta med eget sengetøy.

Bade kan du gjøre i et tjern i nærheten (få minutter å gå, 2 min sykkel) eller på Søndeledtunet. Badebrygge. Kiwi (matbutikk) og kinesisk restaurant med uteservering finner du og på Tunet. Hunden Ellie bor i huset og jeg tar derfor ikke imot andre dyr dessverre.

Koselig båtbu i idylliske Tvedestrand. Båtbua ligger helt i sjøkanten, med tilgang til privat brygge, kajakker og hage/hagemøbler. Området er stille og rolig. Skikkelig Sørlandsidyll. Nærhet til, blant annet, Lyngør. Bua best egnet for 2 personer å oppholde seg i lengre perioder. Men det kan legges tilrette for spiseplass, sofa og sengeplass/sovesofa til 4 personer ved behov. Kajakker til 3 personer( 1 + 2) fra juni-oktober.

Et nydelig lite paradis om man ønsker fred og ro i naturskjønne omgivelser! Koselig, velholdt og privat hytte med alle fasiliteter og stor sjarm! God kommunikasjon med hyggelig og hjelpsom vert som svarte raskt. Vi storkoste oss og kommer gjerne på besøk igjen!

Nydelig sted med koselig hyttestemning. Ungene syntes det var veldig kjekt med dyr på beite like i nærheten. Stille og idyllisk. Alt vi trengte var i hytta og vertskapet svarte raskt på alle spørsmål. Anbefales.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und eine super Übernachtung in der Unterkunft. Fredrik hat uns, nachdem wir vorher per Nachricht kommuniziert haben, persönlich empfangen und wir haben uns gut unterhalten. Fredrik hat uns die Unterkunft gezeigt und unsere Fragen beantwortet. Das Gelände ist mitten im Wald und direkt am See gelegen. Wir konnten das Boot nutzen, es hat super funktioniert und wir hatten viel Spaß. Das Wetter war toll, der See sehr ruhig und die Umgebung ebenfalls ruhig und entspannt. Die Unterkunft war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Küchenutensilien sind völlig ausreichend, um sich Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Es ist toll, dass es zwei Grillmöglichkeiten gibt. Es gibt zwei verschiedene Sitzecken, die uns auch sehr gut gefallen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen und jeder, der in der Nähe ist, sollte die Chance nutzen, diese tolle Erfahrung machen zu können. Wir wünschen Fredrik und seiner Familie alles Gute und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.
