Vacation rentals with a sauna in Sunday River

Ace was an excellent host! The place was easy to find and accommodating to everything that we were looking for!

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a weekend of skiing in the white mountains look no further! The on site restaurant and bar along with the pool, hot tubs and arcade were also super convenient as well and great to keep the kids entertained! Will definitely be booking again in the future!!

Ace was extremely responsive from start to finish. He answered questions promptly, and checked in on us during our stay. The condo itself is right across from Attitash, and my family (2 adults and 3 teens) were able to walk right over to ski lifts in the morning. We loved the flexibility that came with being walkable, so people could take lunch breaks as needed and everyone could leave for the day at different times. Our teens LOVED having their own space, and we loved not having to share a bathroom with our teens! The kitchen was well appointed, and had everything we needed from coffee maker to pots and pans. We ate out at the restaurant on premises one night, and opted to cook in for the rest of our time. We did have one issue, but Ace handled it quickly and seamlessly. We hope to stay here again next year!

This unit was perfect for a little getaway. You’re at the top of the hill, end of the road, so it’s very quiet. Sunrise was directly ahead with plenty of mountains in view. It was very spacious and the porch was such a nice sitting area to enjoy the sounds of nature. The jetted tub was a great way to unwind at night. The bed was taller than I expected, and included a two-step stool to use, but if you have mobility issues or bad knees, you wouldn’t want to be surprised by that. The unit was very clean and had everything I needed for a home base during my trip.

Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. We were there just before a storm came in. Roads were plowed and sanded right away. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend to stay here

We had a wonderful time! Deidre was very helpful, responsive, and the condo was as described. Great location and close to so much (parks, ski, shopping, etc) yet quiet and peaceful location. Highly recommend!

The place was great overall! Very enjoyable and peaceful. It is very simple, so if you are looking for something that is very fancy- it is not that. We only needed a place to stay so it was great. I would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at Anthony's beautiful condo. We found everything to be extremely comfortable with plenty of space for our group (2 adults and 4 teens). Everything was very clean and well-kept and we appreciated Anthony's proactive communication throughout our stay. This condo is in a great location - just a short drive to several great ski areas and numerous hiking trails. Plenty of great restaurants and only a few minutes drive to the North Conway village. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to stay here again on future trips!

The place was great and cozy. My kids loved it and the setup. I would stay there again. Highly recommend it. Good communication.

This is the second year that we stayed at Michael’s and we love it. It fits our family of 4, another family of 3 and 1 more random adult perfectly. We liked the bunks downstairs so the kids could sleep in and there was plenty of space for all of our ski gear.

Adam's home was as described and very comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the amenities but everything on the grounds were amazing. We were centrally located to everything that we wanted to accomplish while visiting New Hampshire. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises again! Thank you!

We had a 5 week stay - in depth of snowy cold winter with extra family for shorter periods. Space was just right for us plus 2 grandchildren and their parents. Both sleeping and living space sufficient. Do note the spiral and steep stairs down to lower floor as potential hazard for old or young. It's very much a family "lived in" apartment with lots of "other" stuff rather than pristine rental property, but more comfortable for that. Jaclene not local while we were here, but super responsive with any issues. Cleaner and building manager also accessible via her. Very convenient for pool / spas and skating pond! Heated outside pool / spa in snow was much enjoyed by all! Steam room good, sauna not so much! Easy parking just outside. great snow clearance from site maintenance staff. Simple drive to North Conway for almost anything. Jackson Falls, Diana's Bath, Cathedral ledge and many others were fantastic in deep frozen snow. Easy travel West NH302 and Kancamagus highway for scenery.

Thanks, Mark for letting us stay in your wonderful condo at the seasons. The place was nice and clean and quiet. Easy drive to the ski resorts as well as all of the attractions in North Conway. The Seasons Resort is great for kids as it has the clubhouse with the pool, video games, pool table. I really enjoyed the hot tub but I got my butt kicked at ping pong by one of my Kids. Great time had by all!

Grace was very responsive and helpful, especially with an incoming snow storm. She reached out to make sure I was aware of the weather. The condo just was as described and the perfect location for skiing.

We had a great stay! We really appreciated the toys and games in the basement and stocked kitchen! We would definitely recommend this place to families.

The Dala House was the perfect get away for a peaceful weekend. Every detail of the cabin adds to the stay. The lighting was relaxing - the bathtub was serene - even the books were perfectly matched to the surroundings - creating the ultimate environment to sit and be inspired.

We loved this place! The house is newly constructed with high-end features and super cozy shared spaces. The sauna is an added bonus. The location is also great--close to Bethel's restaurants and cafes and skiing at Sunday River, but also privately sited overlooking a mountain ridge and brook (we even saw a beaver!). Highly recommended.

This is such a lovely place! Close to lots of ski areas, just down the road from a great hiking trail, filled with nice amenities (hot tub, table tennis, well-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture), and lots of room to spread out. Only downside I can think of is the road noise from the nearby highway, but the white-noise machines do a good job of removing any bother from that. If you need a convenient and comfy home base for an active getaway, this place is hard to beat!

we loved Ashley's airbnb! We drove a few hours from our house to get away and go hiking with our dog. We brought food and had groceries delivery so we could cook and spend time together and not leave our dog. Ashley had everything we needed to cook. the grill and oven worked perfectly and was very clean, with2 extra propane tanks if needed. we brought a lead to tie around a tree so while we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna our dog could hang out with us and it worked perfectly for us. the house was clean, with a dog bed for Lola! We fell in love with cottage and it felt like a home away from home, on a quiet street with privacy. Ashley answered immediately when I had a question and gave great clear instructions. we will definitely stay in Ashley's airbnb when we get a chance to run away again!

Our stay was absolutely fabulous! Darryl was an amazing host, super responsive and full of great local recommendations. The place was spotless, cozy, and just a short drive to Sunday River where we skied. We loved using the sauna, hot tub, and game room, it was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals, and we spent evenings by the fireplace with a glass of wine, enjoying the beautiful view from the terrace. It was the perfect getaway, and we’re already looking forward to coming back! Thank you Darryl!

Such a great stay here! The house was gorgeous with an amazing view of the mountains. Stocked full of everything you could need and the amenities were awesome. 10/10 recommend, hope to stay here again!

The home is in a great location and it’s private. It’s nice and open on the top floor and quiet downstairs. My wife’s dog loved it too. When I had a question I got a quick response. I would stay here again. It’s also 5 minutes from the Shannon Door Pub 👍
