Vacation rentals in Sundal

Just a fantastic spot. Our stay here was a joy, beautiful and peaceful. We feel like we really lucked into a great part of Norway and a great property. Perfect weather allowed us to spend hours on the deck/dock enjoying the most beautiful view. Driving around the area and a few hikes into the mountains gave us plenty to do all day. There are two supermarkets nearby and just a few restaurants. Siderhuset Nola K restaurant in Na was great for lunch or dinner and worth the drive. The 5 course dinner at historic Utne Hotel was maybe not worth the high price tag in our opinion. Bondusvastnet hike was worth the drive as well. If you like wine or any liquor know that in Norway you can only get it at a state vinmonopolet. Closest is 25 miles so bring it with you from airport duty free.

Het was een geweldig huisje, precies zoals omschreven, maar eigenlijk in realiteit nog veel mooier, totaal niet verwacht, we voelde ons thuis! Mocht ik weer eens in de buurt zijn, zal ik zeker kijken of deze nog beschikbaar is ☺️🤩

This place was absolutely amazing! The view was breathtaking, and the host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful with everything we needed. Honestly, one of the best stays I’ve ever had on Airbnb. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

This place is 11 out of 10!! A place of dreams. The location and house are absolutely stunning and Mette and Kristian are beyond fabulous hosts always going above and beyond! Our favorite parts of the stay: kayaking in the morning sunlight around the little inlets, fishing from the dock, a sunset sauna or hot tub followed by a fjord cold plunge/swim, relaxing on the deck with a beer, sipping coffee while watching the birds and listening to the waves lap against the dock, cooking in the well stocked kitchen and more. We will be back!!!

Excellently provisioned apartment only a 2 minute walk from the ferry. The apartment had everything you would need for either a short stay or a long stay. Of particular note was the provision of items which are very useful but are regularly forgotten in other Airbnbs - Gunnar made sure to provide coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. Also, washing powder for the washing machine was provided. These thoughtful additions make life so much simpler for travellers. I also appreciated the amplifier with Bluetooth allowing me to stream my own music. It I such a wonderful addition to any property. The apartment was spotlessly clean. It was also perfectly located being a short walk to supermarkets and at the foot of an excellent hike into the hills overlooking the fjord. Gunnar was proactive and responsive with his communication. Wir waren absolut begeistert von Linns Unterkunft und hatten ein paar wundervolle Tage dort. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet, super sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist einfach nur traumhaft und wir haben die Ruhe und Idylle sehr genossen. Perfekt zum Wohlfühlen und Abschalten. Auch die Kommunikation mit Linn war super, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können nur sagen, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben und am liebsten noch geblieben wären. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Bergen sind kommen wir garantiert wieder!

John's place was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including some snacks upon arrival which we appreciated very much. Having a washing machine was also very nice as we hiked every day. The home has beautiful mountain and lake views (the fjord view is just around the corner from the house) and even when it rained, we enjoyed sitting by the window sipping tea, looking out at the mountains and waterfalls. The drive up to his place from the town center is quite an adventure of it's own. We highly recommend John's airbnb!

Guro is an amazing host! helped us up to the cottage and gave us lots of recommendations for the area, extremely friendly and offered us to reach out if we needed anything! highly recommend staying here if you're looking for something a little more private then a hotel with a breathtaking view
