Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sumter

Our family and friends stayed during Masters week and appreciated the quiet, relaxing location that was only about an hours drive to Augusta, GA. It made for a quick morning commute without much traffic and allowed us to hop on the express way for a straightforward drive. The house offers plenty of rooms for multiple guests, and was exactly as described in the photos and other reviews! They did a great job welcoming us, offered suggestions on other activities to do in the area while we were in town. Our two friends who stayed with us made good use of the kayaks as well for some lake boating. It was so peaceful we didn't run into any other families, even though there are plenty of surrounding houses - the view of the lake is absolutely beautiful and anyone wanting a private upstairs master suite will love this location! Chris and his co-hosts were also incredibly responsive, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely consider this as a place to stay during The Masters!

This is our second year at Janice’s for our annual event at City Arena. The location is perfect and the house is so comfortable to come home to after a long day! The proximity to retail and food is great too. It’s pretty much perfection!

Brad’s lake house was perfect for our weekend. Great choice of bedrooms and places to gather, inside and outside. And the lake was peaceful and serene.

When we walked in after a long day, the house literally hugged us. The hosts and the accommodation was warm and welcoming. Clean and perfect to melt into to relax and get away. Visiting grands loved the yard and it was a knockout for our family. Excellent lived in space ripe for families. We loved our stay and the hosts’ communication!

Our family with our two dogs had a very relaxing week at the house. We enjoyed being on the water with the dock. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Fenced in large back yard was great for the dogs. House was also great. Very spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend staying at the house!

A few small issues during our month stay were immediately taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location for others looking for a convenient location near Columbia and Lexington SC

A very lovely house, clean and tidy. It has all that you need for cooking, and it is close to the main highway, wich is just what we needed. And Amos is very friendly and responsive in minutes. The only regret that we had, is for staying only one night.

The place is fantastic!

This was one of my husband and I’s favorite places we have ever stayed! The apartment itself was incredibly lovely and clean and I was obsessed with sitting in the chair in the sunroom reading. There are a lot of restaurants that are walkable. We stayed for The Masters and the drive to Augusta was not bad. The only thing I would recommend would be earplugs to sleep with at night if you are a light sleeper because the apartment is next to a hospital so you occasionally hear ambulances during the night.

We had a short trip but it was great! The place was very clean and we felt right at home! Easy check out and the hosts were very sweet! Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area :)

Let me start by saying this is my FIRST AirBNB experience. I went down to check out a few homes for sale and needed a place close by. My original hotel was not ok and I reached out to Kamilah for a possible check in the same day. She was so friendly, kind, and responsive! We ended up booking right away (me, my kids, and our dog). It was a bit confusing for me checking in because I never had to use a keypad before, but the host was quick to respond and explained it to me. After that, we realized how amazing this place was! It’s a wonderful location. Anything you need is within a block. Food, gas, grocery, etc. There’s a huge shopping plaza a few minutes away. I needed access to the highways quite a bit, and this place was minutes from the highways, too. It was very kid and dog friendly! Residents were very kind, too. Amenities, like the pool and playground, were a huge hit with my family! We absolutely LOVED our stay! We thank Kamilah so much for the last minute booking! It was amazing!

We really loved Joe's place. It was just as described. The video of entry was very helpful. Loved the interior and the fresh clean smell as soon as you walk in. The view of the Polo field from the windows is very nice. The history of the town and rental space was very interesting. Beautiful area. Comfortable bed. Nice linens. Would def rent again if we were in the area.

Lori was an awesome host. Very responsive. She is local so if you would have a problem, rest assured help is near.

This was the perfect place for a couple’s weekend stay in Florence, and so close to Darlington. The place was very clean and even nicer than we imagined from the photos. Bryan’s spacious rental has all you need for a wonderful weekend!

We booked a last minute stay because we were in town for a funeral..Mark & Ruth were very accommodating. As for cleanliness probably one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed..the beds super comfy & just the best hosts! I hope we can come back again some time for a more relaxing reason :)

The location was great. Very close to restaurants and stores. The house was cozy and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Dr Stephanie is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve had. And we have had a few. 🙂 The place is comfortable and clean and close to our project. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

The location is amazing. The view is worth every penny. The corner unit is private and we basically lived on the porch! We look forward to staying again in the future!

Nice place to stay and relax. Should have been informed about which boat slip to use. Had a altercation with the condo president about parking my boat. Finally got it straightened out. Dishwasher out of service, burners on top of stove had not been cleaned in awhile. On top of frig dirty. We cleaned these things before we left. Did not want to leave for the next guest. Overall the condo was the best we ever stayed at. Thanks Kelly for sharing your place.

Gil was an excellent host. His condo was beautiful and super spacious. It is a great, quiet area within walking distance of the fun and excitement. I suggest anyone looking in the area to take a look. Gil's house is very well decorated, and it was very inviting to stay.

Nice place. Only complaint was uncomfortable couch .

Luke's place was very clean and comfortable. we were able to get a good night's sleep in the comfy beds, before continuing on our way to Florida

Justin was a great host and his place was very welcoming. We truly enjoyed our experience. He responded immediately and the home was fresh and clean. Although we didn't use the kitchen for cooking, it had everything you needed if you wanted to use it. Also, the walls were thin and you could hear the neighbors above, but the environment was very peaceful. Nothing to complain about because it wasn't disturbing, just mentioning in the event you're used to living in a home. We will certainly be booking again. Thanks again Justin for a great stay.
