Monthly Rentals in Summit Point

Since I found it over a year ago, we've been staying here every time we visit Summit Point Motorsports Park. The location can't be beat -- it's just a couple of minutes' drive to the track, and you can walk next door to Rail Side for a meal. The house is exactly as presented in the listing, the kitchen is well-stocked, the hosts are so hospitable and responsive, the house is nicely appointed and so cozy. We love it.

If you come to winchester VA this is the place you want to stay at. The ground floor appartement is absolutely marvellous and we felt like home right away. Jack is very proactive and was so helpful during some crazy winter days, always making sure we're well and taken good care of. The place itself is a little jewel and has everything you need for a short or even, like ours, a several weeks long stay. The kitchen is well equipped and you won't lack anything.

Had a great time staying at this house. We recently moved back to the U.S. from living in Japan. I booked this place so that we would be able to have my daughters come for Christmas. It had been several years since we had all been together. Cory was an excellent host. There was a Christmas tree in the house which made it feel more like home. The house was clean and had loads of amenities. The house is a quick walk into historic Charles town which has restaurants, stores and coffee shops. Close to Harpers ferry. Would recommend this place to anyone.

What a magical little getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the actual highlight of the trip—Roo, the friendliest dog you’ll ever meet. Playing with her instantly set the tone for a fun and cozy stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The place itself was super comfy, clean, and had everything we needed. The custom kitchen and heated bathroom floors were a lovely touch. I even got some work done (courtesy: their upgraded starlink internet) without any hiccups, and we spent our downtime watching shows and just enjoying the peace. It felt like a peaceful escape from everyday life. The walking trails were well-groomed, and we even got to interact with the adorable goats. Honestly, it was exactly what we needed to hit pause on real life and enjoy a slower, sweeter pace. All in all, it was an amazing farm staycation Highly recommend!
