Great retreat for Razorback game weekends, sporting events, graduation, and festivals at only 20 min drive from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. We are within 5 minutes of Prairie Grove's Antique District, Battlefield State Park, and the Prairie Grove Aquatic Park. Amenities include kitchenette, pool, basketball court, and beautiful grounds. Sleeps 3 comfortably but can sleep up to 5 with air mattress (included).

Enjoy fishing in the large pond with the fishing poles, tackle, and enjoy the challenge of a scavenger hunt along the 1/2 mile-long hiking trail! In the evening, enjoy the cliffside firepit nestled next to the peaceful waterfall! 11-minute drive to Razorback Stadium and 5 minutes from the interstate!

Great for the solo getaway or a romantic excursion. Pets are welcome - please make sure to let me know so that I can plan accordingly.

A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

Backyard that overlooks a beautiful pond. A single car garage with a driveway that can fit two additional cars. TV with streams connected to watch and catch up on some shows.

Our Hillside Cabin is a renovated 900 Sq Ft A-Frame rustic cabin overlooking the Needmore Ranch that meanders along the scenic Illinois River. Sitting approximately 1/2 mile from the banks of the river on 400+ acres of private property, this beautiful property is perfect for hiking, fishing, viewing wildlife, or just relaxing around the outdoor firepit. Reconnect with nature, and hike or drive down through our property to access the river or fish from our nearby ponds.

Log Cabin/100 acres/One of a kind/Wifi-Cuddly Cow

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.

Hogeye Hideaway

Hogeye Hideaway is located in a private setting with a beautiful view of the Ozarks Mountains. However, only a short drive to Devils Den State Park & University of Arkansas/Dickson Street. This is a great place for a couples retreat or for groups looking to attend local events in Northwest Arkansas. Enjoy the indoor fireplace on cold days or the outdoor fire pit with S’mores! There is also room for camping tents for additional guests or for the kids & dog to run!
