Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Summerland

Just spent 4 nights at Alicja’s great little house with my daughters and everything was perfect. Clean house, lots of room and outdoor space is so fun to hang out in. Close to downtown and walkable in less the 10 minutes. Close to the bridge if you’re heading to the west side and a straight shot to the east side if you’re heading there. I would highly recommend staying at Alicja’s if you get the chance!

Robert’s place was much more than I expected. Attention to detail rang out and it was a pleasant surprise to see many conveniences for the guest. Location is prime for a walk to downtown. I would be delighted to stay again if available for a return trip. 5 stars. Thanks much.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely home in Summerland, BC, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The property is located in a calm, quiet area with a peaceful ambiance that made for a relaxing getaway. The home itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Chris, the host, was fantastic—very communicative and welcoming. He shared helpful local tips that made our trip even better. The only minor issue was the barbecue stove, which hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. However, it didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene setting. Would definitely love to return!

Marna was an amazing hostess. The place is better than the picture show! We think the pictures should be updated to show how big and beautiful this place is. Marna was amazing and she made sure we had everything we needed and she even left some treats for us as a welcome present. We loved staying with her.

I stayed here for a month while working at the hospital and it was perfect! Just a couple minute walk to the hospital doors. The house is as beautiful as it looks in the photos and had everything we needed. Fully stocked for cooking & cleaning. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone :) Thanks Barb!

What an absolutely STUNNING place - This lovely home had EVERYTHING! So much space (we rented the top and bottom)! Many bathrooms! The best appointed kitchen I’ve ever seen! Beautiful holiday decor (we came at Xmas)! Near the resort! Hot tub! Just wow! This place has a wonderful feeling and the host was really responsive. We had a really special holiday and felt lucky to be together there. Thank you so much to Karen and Co. for sharing.

This Airbnb has everything you need. It was easy to find with Rebecca’s instructions. It was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting beautiful Penticton!

I highly recommend this home. Dustin always responded when I contacted him, and the property is just beautiful with the most lovely picture windows overlooking the lake. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and the kitchen is bright, modern, and clean. Our family of six adults stayed here for almost a week, and it was very comfortable. We watched movies in the family room downstairs and enjoyed some spectacular early morning sunrises upstairs. We hope to stay here again!

Melissa’s place was the perfect home away from home. Very clean and had everything you could possibly need! There are many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores that are walking distance from her place. It’s so close to the beach and has many playgrounds in the area that our toddler loved!

A lovely private and peaceful spot with friendly hosts. The kitchen was tidy and well appointed, the bedrooms were spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and very clean. Lounge area was comfortable as well. The backyard was gorgeous and peaceful and made for a zen morning with my coffee. We enjoyed watching the Kettle Valley Train go by. Location is very close to well known wineries and not too far from the town centre and just a few minutes off the highway. Keep in mind there was no washer / dryer, but we were not there long so didn't need them. Would stay again.

Cool vibes. Awesome cruiser bikes you can use. Great walking right from the place - 15 minute walk along the lake to Pane Vino - Italian restaurant - yummy. Access to the Rail Trail around the corner from the unit. Great Stay.

Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa, el lugar bastante cómodo, la cocina con todo lo necesario para tener nuestras cenas hechas en casa, las camas cómodas, habitaciones limpias, el baño grande y amplio, además de contar con lavadora y secadora lo cual estuvo genial porque nos quedamos varios días, el Internet rápido, agua caliente siempre. Recomiendo este maravilloso lugar con vistas increíbles al lago. Patti siempre atenta y al pendiente para que nuestra estancia fuera la mejor, estamos muy agradecidos!

We enjoyed our stay and felt very taken care of (ex. Cheese plate and wine at check in, shovelled and salted steps after snowed during the night). The space was clean and cozy. It was walkable to the arena and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was exactly as described, and the space was immaculately clean. Brandon was an excellent host—responsive, attentive, and very helpful throughout my stay. The only point to note, which is no reflection on the apartment itself, is the presence of a visible homeless population in the surrounding area. While they did not pose any direct issues, guests should exercise caution, especially at night. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this property for its comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Debbie is an amazing host, helpful, and so easy to communicate with. Condo was set up perfect with greeting gifts inside which was really thoughtful and the kids loved it! 3rd floor pool is amazing with beautiful view of the lake

It was perfect for us. We were able to see family and spend quality time together. The pool and hot tub were a big plus. Parking at the door was ideal. Would definitely recommend it.
