Take it easy at this tranquil getaway. This suite is walking distance to beaches, restaurants and pubs. Whether you enjoy hiking biking or walking by the lake it’s all out your back door to enjoy! Summerland is also well known for the bottle neck drive where you can visit wineries for a tasting and lunch while enjoying the views. There is no smoking inside. SMALL pets only please. Almost lakefront living in beautiful Summerland, 15 minutes from Penticton, 40 minutes to Kelowna. Located directly across from Peach Orchard Park which features a boat launch, beach access, picnic area and a spray park for the kids. Stunning views, fully equipped kitchen with three bedrooms and two living areas. Recently renovated. This is a quiet neighbourhood, no parties. Caretaker lives onsite in a self-contained unit above the garage with his own separate driveway, as required by law.
