Villa vacation rentals in Šumber

We had a perfect 4-night stay at this beautiful villa surrounded by the most beautiful nature. We loved everything about the house, spaciousness, design, location, serenity, amenities, cleanliness and pool. Ivana was a super friendly host, had some great suggestions regarding Istria and communication was a pleasure.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. Very comfortable, and all pf the rooms have its own bathroom. The backyard is also great; pool with an olive tree near by. Pets are welcome, so our dog also had an amazing time. The hosts were very nice and responsive.

The pictures don’t give this place enough credit. 10/10!

Adrians place was nothing short of spectacular. It had areas for our kids to play by the pool and they had games for them to enjoy. The adults had a nice dining table on the outside by the pool which provided a serene setting allowing us to connect in privacy. The beds were amazing, the A/C was great, the kitchens were pristine and the overall house was very well kept. I will come back specifically because of the amazing service we received.

We booked the villa sole for a week during the easter vacation and had a wonderful time; the host was extremely flexible, helpful and had great tipps for the region. The villa is a highlight, the heated pool was used all day long from all family members and the playground (boccia, golf, hiding, tree house, sauna) were used at length. We would also definitely recommend taking the breakfast as we got different meals daily and really nothing was missing on the menu. Some great local specialities as well! We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Beautiful villa, amazing host and centrally located to visit Istria region.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea. Relax and unwind! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you so much for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Marinko is a very accommodating host, available at any time and very friendly! The accommodation as well as the heated pool are great and as newly maintained. With the pool heating about 27 degrees water temp. can also be used at under 20 degrees air. The villa offers everything you want and is very modern. Privacy is granted throughout the area. Marinko even gave us homemade olive oil for tasting. We didn't want to leave and will be back for sure. Thank you!

We had a great stay, we used the rental car to get around Croatia and to Italy. Short distance to Pula and to everything you need. The house was very neat and tidy, great service and easy to communicate with the landlord's representatives.

We were very pleased with our stay at Timo's villa. It is a beautiful house, very spacious with unique gardens. Everything you could need was there. From the perfect coffee maker, to the hair dryer in the four bathrooms. The villa is a bit remote, but if you are happy to walk, it is no problem. More villas are being built all around - here we had some construction noise in one day, but if you go to the sea, this one doesn't bother either. Debby and her family were really great - she looked after us in the area and I immediately loved her. Debby, thank you for being there for us with your open heart and your loving , helpful manner.....You are really wonderful All in all a very nice and relaxing holiday in a great ville, with perfect care

Villa Cynara is spacious and as described in the text and photos. The pool is nice and fresh, and the garden area and outside kitchen are nice to spent all day outside. The close-by beaches are nice to spend a couple of hours, snorkeling near the rocks. And the cities of Pula and Rovinj are lovely to pay a visit and have a lunch or dinner.

We spent a wonderful week at the Villa. The place is really cosy, beautiful and has all a family needs for a summer stay. The kids loved the pool. The landlord lady was super nice, very helpful giving us all the tips for local attractions. We hope to come back again to the Villa one day.

We spent super nice 10 days here. The location of this great house (certainly one, if not the most beautiful on Cres) with proximity to the place but also in the direction of the swimming spots in the other direction is great. Everything is easy and quick to walk. The 4 existing and good bikes are also great for getting in all directions faster. The very tasteful interior, the pool and outdoor area etc. leaves nothing to be desired. Especially for family with older kids, there is one bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. All fully equipped with a shower and toilet. A lounge area on the upper floor is great for enjoying the evening sun and the glass of wine. Last but not least, Helena is always available or found in the village as a host, very nice friendly and helpful. (A broken bike was back in the farm within 2 hours)... All in all one of the most beautiful houses we had in Croatia (and there are many)….

Very clean and spacious accommodation. There were four of us with a dog in unfortunately not so nice weather (regular weather). That's why we were able to stay in the house very nicely, and everyone had their space. We felt very comfortable, and Nina was a very helpful host. However, the surroundings did not promise us so much, it was (probably also due to the season) everything as extinct (despite Easter week). A small kiosk and a small bistro were the only thing within walking distance. All in all it was a very relaxing short trip. Thank you Nina.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and it was just amazing! The landlords were exceptionally friendly and made sure we didn't miss anything. Her warm welcome and helpful manner made our stay truly memorable. The house itself is an absolute dream. It is not only beautifully decorated, but also spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped. We were particularly impressed by the variety of amenities offered here. The grill in the garden was perfect for social evenings, and the dart board provided a lot of fun. A highlight was also the ice cube machine, which provided a welcome refreshment on hot days. We can fully recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

Check in was super easy and very quick. Nikola welcomed us very warmly and showed us the whole house. The house is very large and spacious with enough space to store everything. The kitchen with amenities is extremely high quality, and the best I've seen on Airbnb's vacation so far. The three large bedrooms each with a spacious bathroom with very good facilities were definitely a plus. However, the best thing about the house is the large terrace with swimming pool. The flows were not hot despite permanent sunshine and the pool was clean and high quality. It was all in all a very nice holiday and I highly recommend this place.

We were at this place for 4 days and the house was great. We have enjoyed the evenings after cycling the whole day. The house was a great opportunity to calm down and enjoy the sun.

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The decor was appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.

The house is very well equipped, located in a very quiet corner but close to a shop, restaurants, ice creams place, church or a wonderful local place with fresh fishes every day. Pool area is outstanding - the owners offer draught beer, separate mini kitchen with large freezer and additional fridge and dishwasher, separate bathroom with toilet and shower so there's no need to go into the main house. At the back of the pool area there is a huge area for children to play (volleyball, football etc). The house is clean and tidy. You will find everything you need. Aircon is fully working so If you need a bit of cool down you can hide at home. We have had a wonderful time. Thank you for everything Ruzica,😊We will be back definitely!!!

A fantastic home. We loved the outdoor pool and the dog loved the large fully enclosed garden. Well equipped kitchen for self catering. David greeted us at the property and responded quickly when we couldn't find the place. Says its number 19 but it is actually 57 on Google maps! Good location for visiting Pula and the coast line, highly recommend a visit to Rovinj too.
