Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

Moosbach - am Rottachsee

Im Herzen des Allgäus am Rottachsee, mitten in Moosbach liegt die stilvolle 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit großem Südost Balkon. Genießen sie ihr Frühstück in der Morgensonne, das sie direkt beim Bäcker ( Mo.-Sa 7 bis 10 Uhr) gegenüber besorgen können. In einem Umkreis von 20 bis 50 km befinden sich die Allgäuer Städte Kempten, Memmingen, Pfronten, Füssen sowie Sonthofen und Oberstdorf. Alle Allgäuer Skigebiete erreichen sie in ca. 30 Minuten. Am Rottachsee mit Kiosk sind sie zu Fuß in 10 Minuten.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Our small apartment is located in the idyllic Sulzberg south of Kempten, in a quiet location on the outskirts of the castle ruins of Sulzberg. Behind the house there is a fantastic view of the Allgäu mountains. Memmingen Airport (FMM) is only 30 minutes away. In the Allgäu Seenland there is something for everyone: Hiking or cycling, water sports and relaxing on the Sulzberger lakes... Or maybe a trip to the royal castles, the Bavarian Alps or Lake Constance?

At the same time, there is also the possibility of working from there, due to a separate office with a desk. The apartment has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room with kitchen, office and balcony.

The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many sights, for to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Ideally suited as a stopover. Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich and Zurich airports are well connected to public transport.

Three separate bedrooms await you – each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom: perfect privacy for families or small groups. Our newly renovated family house has been furnished with attention to detail and gives you soothing peace. Large kitchen & dining area available. From here you can ideally start to discover the Allgäu nature hiking, cycling or swimming.

FeWo Schiebelhof - rural and familiar

In the heart of the Upper Allgäu, surrounded by peace and nature, our newly renovated farmhouse is in a secluded location. Completed in November 2024, the apartment is located on the ground floor and is an ideal starting point for any activities. It is only a few minutes to swim, fish or surf on the beautiful Rottachsee. The Allgäu ski resorts can also be reached after a short drive. Relax on your own terrace and enjoy mountain views.
