Vacation rentals with a patio in Sultangazi

The house was very clean and comfortable, everything was considered, we were extremely satisfied with the stay, it will be a place I will choose again, thank you Mr. Sefa.

- beautiful place (better than photos) - everything you need is in the place: washing machine, dishwasher, etc. - perfectly located place (lots of restaurants nearby, 3 mn walk to the Galata tower although very peaceful quiet charming district) - very clear and organised instructions for check-in and life in the flat - terrace with a garden and quiet charming street view was perfect in the morning for coffee and at night for dinner and wine

I hosted my family at Mr. Zak’s place and we stayed for about 10 days. Everything about the apartment was perfect. Had the smallest of amenities present. All spaces were extremely comfortable. Location was absolutely ideal; barely a minute’s walk to the metro station and Cevahir Mall. The hosts were very responsive and attended all our concerns in a timely and friendly manner. I would definitely stay again :)

BEHIC'S APARTMENT IS LOCATED VERY CLOSE TO THE GALATA TOWER AND THE BOHEMIA AREA. AS ACCOMMODATION IT IS MAGNIFICENT, LARGE (IT REALLY HAS THE METERS INDICATED), IT IS VERY CLEAN, WELL CARED FOR, THE KITCHEN IS FABULOUS, THE TWO BATHROOMS ARE VERY GOOD. COMMUNICATION WITH BEHIC IS VERY FAST, AND THEY HELP US WITH EVERYTHING WE REQUESTED. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS THAT IT'S LOCATED ON SOME STEEP STREETS, BUT THAT'S QUITE NORMAL IN SEVERAL AREAS OF ISTANBUL. THE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING WORK, ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT EASY TO GET THE OPTIMAL TEMPERATURE DUE TO THE RADIANT FLOOR (TOO HOT), WE ACHIEVED IT BY COOLING IT WITH THE POSITION OF THE WINDOWS IN SWING FOR A WHILE. THE OVERALL RATING IS A 10 AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

A perfect place to explore Balat and further afield. Our taxi from the airport struggled to locate exact address of property and his vehicle didn't like the very narrow cobbled streets!!

Lovely home. Very cozy. Nice restaurants and a few supermarkets not far. Highly recommend.

The house is exactly as in the picture, has the most beautiful view in Istanbul, and we enjoyed it a lot. Ozi is very kind and ready for anything you ask. We will definitely come back again Ozi 🥰

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

Can and Jacki are great hosts! They helped plan airport transfers for our group to and from the Airbnb. They also provided us with many recommendations in the local area. The location of the place was amazing! Very close to public transit to get to the Old City and many nice stores within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet yet convenient, with small shops nearby for daily essentials. One of the highlights was seeing so many cats around, which added to the charm of the area. The house itself is beautifully designed across four floors, and everything feels new and well-kept. While the location is a bit hilly, it wasn’t an issue for us since we rent a car. However, it might be slightly challenging for elderly guests with mobility concerns. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Istanbul. The location is super suitable for activities of all kinds (Bim to the center, harbor right nearby). The place with the view is unique and the landlord is very friendly and quick to respond to questions!

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

What team was excellent through and through. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb.

If we are to stay in that area again, we would prefer Mr. Celal's house without hesitation again. The house is as it appears in the photos, and Mr. Celal was very helpful with both check-in and check-out, he was always very interested. The fact that it had parking was the biggest advantage. Yes, the slope it is located is steep, but it is definitely worth it because it is within walking distance to Taksim Square and the bus station.

Benny is very friendly, helpful and very responsive to messages. He welcomed us personally and gave us very good tips. The apartment is perfectly located for visiting Istanbul. Although very close to a main road, it is quiet. The bus stop is very close, so we were able to get everywhere very well by public transport. The area is still rather simple, the apartment makes a very positive impression here. The apartment can be reached via a somewhat narrow staircase and is located on two floors. Downstairs are two bedrooms and a toilet, upstairs is a nice living room with balcony, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. We felt very comfortable and safe and would love to come back.

One of the highlights was the lush garden—perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing in a peaceful, green setting. The balcony upstairs offered lovely views and added a great touch of privacy. The location is very secluded and quiet, ideal for anyone looking to unwind, but also felt incredibly safe and secure throughout my stay. It truly felt like a little hidden oasis. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.
