What a stunning place! Perfect for us! We went went to attend the Notre Dame Alumni Assn. Intl. 16th Biennial Grand reunion in our hometown Gen. Santos City. Manuel and his wife Julie opened the gate with a welcoming smile. Always offering to help yet stayed quiet in the background. Excellent laundry service. They even cooked breakfast for us and helped with our party. The place was perfect for five of us who stayed there for 14 days! We love everything about Bahay ni Kikay and Bahay ni Momm. Cooking in the kitchen, the garden, the spacious living area, the airconditioned bedrooms and work place/cum family room, the peace and quiet. All of my companions are seasoned travelers. I have stayed in AirBnBs in many countries, but Melinda's most memorable It felt like home away from home. The bonus? We were able to invite friends and family to visit us. There was plenty of room for a quiet party! I will stay there over and over again! Thank you super host Melinda! We felt pampered

My friends and I had a fantastic time staying at Ma’am Wilma’s house! The place was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a peaceful vibe that made it easy for us to unwind. It had everything we needed, including complete kitchen utensils. The 3 split-type inverter air conditioners were a lifesaver, especially with the hot weather in Gensan it kept the house cool. The subdivision felt safe, being close to the guardhouse, which gave us peace of mind. The house was near sari-sari stores, so everything we needed was just a short walk away. Plus, getting around was easy with a quick tricycle ride to other places. Though we didn’t visit many malls due to the Holy Week closures, we enjoyed our time watching movies and playing games. Another highlight was the laundry area, and we were also provided with an iron and ironing stand, which was great for freshening up our clothes. Ma’am Wilma and the co-host were very friendly and responsive, making us feel welcome. Thank you so much ❤️

Everything is good except for the bed it was hard because it doesn’t have memory foam. Maybe upgrade it will make your guest more comfortable. Overall, it was a decent cute home.

AC works great it gets cold fast and the internet is strong enough to work remote. There are a lot of rules they are clearly written. I got my 500.00 php deposit back no problem. I didn't use the kitchen I did use grab and brought some trash bags with us because grab creates a lot garbage. It's a good house especially for what your paying.

We spent some nice days in Susana's apartment. It's easy to find and has a good size for up to 4 guests. Wifi was fast and reliable. The split Aircon in the main room, is modern and quiet. We will consider staying there again on our next GenSan trip.

The place was great especially how spacious it is. We love about how accessible the appliances as well it offers a huge and wide TV, though the Netflix account says too many people using but we access it easily using our personal account. The kitchen was great as well as the laundry washer. I highly recommend this place as the host is responsive for sudden booking just like us.
