Roughly 500 sq ft, this cozy space offers all the luxuries of home with a full kitchen, full bath, and private entrance with keypad. Centrally located, you can be anywhere from Asheville, NC to the beautiful Smokey Mountains in a little over an hour. We've created this space as a getaway for couples so we ask that children and pets are left at home. No handicap access as this is an above the garage loft.

Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.
