Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

Perfect for Walkers and cyclists. Amazing views Our Barn is perfect for couples, friends, wedding guests, solo adventurers, and friendly dogs. It is not suitable for young children. This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. The Bowery: dog-friendly, quiet, close to village

Our dog-friendly, Grade-2 listed cottage welcomes families. It has off-street parking with an EV charging point. The large, pretty garden has a BBQ and games. It’s just 400m to Storrington’s shops, pubs and restaurants but you’ll only hear church bells and birdsong. The South Downs Way is up a ½ mile track behind the cottage, and we’re 12 miles to the sea, 18 to Goodwood, 30 to Gatwick and 50 from London.

The cottage is ideally located, only a short drive to the beach and centrally located to lots of major towns including Guildford, Brighton, Chichester and Petworth and only a 1hr train journey to London. It also has some stunning villages in the surrounding areas to explore and there are an abundance of places to visit and enjoy locally; both historically, nature and activity based.

The Nest: A Unique Retreat on the South Downs Way

On the South Downs Way, nestled in a beautiful spot amongst trees, with countryside views across Farmland, The Nest is a hand-built wooden cabin positioned at Springfield's. An area of Natural Beauty, yet a short walk to the PYO areas, farm shop, and a wonderful café, it has immediate access to footpaths and is ideal for walkers and cyclists. Private parking on the site.

The Shorts Farm studio located in the gorgeous Nutbourne Conservation Area in the heart of the Sussex and just a couple of minutes walk from our fantastic Rising Sun village pub. Walking distance from three of our local vineyards. It is quiet and self contained and perfect place to base yourself when visiting the area.
