We offer a cozy apartment, located in a brick building with a total of three floors. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a total area of 35 m². The interior is fully furnished with double comfy bed as well as fully furnished kitchen, dressing room and bathroom, together creating a pleasant and functional atmosphere. Location is quiet yet strategically advantageous, with access to civic amenities ( cca 5 min. walk ) and parking available directly at the building ensurinng tranquility.

The private room is lockable (security key) with bedroom, kitchen (equipments) with sink and a private toilet. IMPORTANT : there isnt shower. Only 5 minut by walk in aquacentrum. Party room - a shared space for watching TV, a place to relax with friends, or enjoy a game of table football. Rooftop Terrace Laundry Room, Drying Room, Library, Relax zone and others.
