In winter you can do downhill skiing in the nearest hike Fidjeland, but it is recommended to also use the cross country skis in the Jogledalen. Parking at the cabin for 4 cars in summer, and 2 in winter.

It is only a few minutes by car to the Forsand quay, and departures for Flørli and Lysebotn.
