Wir waren leider nur auf der Durchreise, daher kann ich gar nicht viel sagen. Hat soweit alles gepasst. Das Haus ist in der zweiten Reihe am Fjord, das sollte man vielleicht erwähnen. In der Nähe hat es aber einen Strand zum Baden. Sandra war stehts freundlich und hat schnell geantwortet.

Moderne, lettstelt og koselig hytte som rommer mye. Helt perfekt for en helg med snø og ski i barnevennlige løyper. Var heldige med været og koste oss ute med pølser på bålpanne. Pluss for at man ikke trenger å ta med ved. 😊 God kommunikasjon med verten.

Spacious kitchen and living room, everything needed was available. Nice view over Skanevik fjord. We also did the roadtrip suggested by Frode, it was very scenic and beautiful.

Wundervolle cabin am Fjord. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Tolles jacuzzi! Ideal um ein paar ruhige Tage mit Freunden zu verbringen. Wir konnten sogar Nordlichter bestaunen.

Veronica's house looks just like the photos - it is modern and fantastically equipped with everything you could possibly want in a home away from home. She is incredibly organized, with a binder on arrival with all the information you need to settle right in. The internet is fast, and the view beautiful with lots of walking paths nearby. There was unfortunately some confusion associated with our stay which resulted in a bit of negativity after check-out. My bad: there are usually 2 of us on our sampling trips, which is what I booked for, but we got lucky at the last minute and found out a third person would be able to help as well, after the booking was paid for. When we arrived one bed was already made up beautifully, but we needed two more. The binder said there were sheets under the beds, so my coworkers just made up their own beds as you often have to at Airbnb's and we thought no more of it. After check-out, while i was on the 6 hour drive back home, Veronica wrote me and asked why we used the linens appropriate for 5-6 persons. When I got home and checked my messages, I explained what happened and that it was a work trip so we each needed our own beds, and offered to pay the difference for the third person. For that I got a rather grumpy response and was informed that I had been reported to Airbnb. So, while I recognize we are not without fault in the exchange, the negative response felt a little OTT.

We booked Ståle’s place for spending new year and we extremely enjoyed it. House looks better than the pictures. He was so kind to start the fireplace before we arrived and we came to a very cozy house. He gave us great tips for places to hang out and activities we could do in the area. Overall it was an amazing experience. Etne has a lot to offer and we are looking forward to coming back in spring summer time.

Recently nicely renovated house. You will find everything you need. Beds are good! The surrounding are stunningly beautiful. The window in the living room is looking over a valley where a famous salmon river is running. The house is like 50 m elevated and you look down to the river surrounded by mountains. The place is much more beautiful then described in the advertisement. Tip: drive up to the Blåsjø dam. In this region are also many hiking tracks. We did the 4A - Onglanuten which includes a waterfall.

We stopped for the night and this place had all the amenities we needed after a few nights of wild camping. Washer, dryer, fast WiFi, showers, and very comfy beds. The restaurant attached to the gas station was also delicious. I would stay again!
