Seaside country house

Here you live right on the waterfront with garden, jetty and private beach. Boat can be rented and some fishing equipment is available. Good fishing opportunities right off the jetty. We have SUP boards, kayaks, wetsuits and windsurfing boards that you can borrow. From Erfjord it takes 2 hours to drive to the parking lot at the pulpit then a walk of 3 hours. Check out "visitsuldal" for more information about the great Suldal municipality. 8 min. by car to the grocery store or a short trip by boat. Come and enjoy the peace between fjords and mountains.

It takes about 12-15 min to drive to Svandalen ski resort, 5 min to golf course, 10 min to walk to swimming pool with outdoor pool. There are amazing hiking areas nearby. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday. The only thing you can bring is bed linen and towels. There is garden furniture, fishing equipment, various games such as badminton, frisbee and horseshoes and an e-bike that you can use

The house is located in beautiful Parkveien, right next to Sneath's Park in Åbøbyen, which is the garden city built for the factory in the early 1900s. The house is in original style, but is completely renovated. The house has 4 floors with 4 bedrooms spread over the different floors. It is suitable for 2 families. Short distance to Sauda bath, duck pond, shops, pharmacy and wine monopoly. Courtyard with space for two cars. Walking distance to the speedboat dock where the boat from Stavanger arrives. Bedding can be rented for NOK 150 per set.
