Vacation rentals with a pool in Sukošan

Wir haben unseren Junggesellenabschied mit 10 Mann in Zadar verbracht und es war fantastisch! Das gemietete Haus mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool war einfach perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Im Umkreis gab es auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, die sich gut für Ausflüge angeboten haben. Besonders abends hat uns die lebendige Altstadt begeistert – tolle Atmosphäre und richtig gute Clubs. Insgesamt war es eine super Erfahrung und ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Ich kann gar nicht in Worte fassen wie toll diese Unterkunft und der Vermieter war. Ein Traum von einem Haus. Der Vermieter großartig!!! Hat sich gemeldet wie es uns geht, ob wir etwas brauchen und nach drei Tagen bekamen wir kleine, selbstgebackene Küchlein und eine leckere Flasche Wein. Auch zur Begrüßung wurden wir mit Aufmerksamkeiten empfangen :-) Die Küche war super ausgestattet, die Betten mega gemütlich, die Bäder astrein sauber. Es hat uns absolut an nichts gefehlt und wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Zum Abschied bekamen wir auch noch ein kleines Geschenk so das wir uns die nächsten Tage noch an die tolle Zeit erinnern können :-) Danke, danke, danke an Andrej und seine tolle Familie.

Super Ferien Villa mit Nähe zu Zadar. In der Umgebung kann man gut Essen gehen, Jetski fahren oder Boote mieten. Das Haus war im Top-Zustand und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Es ist alles sauber und genau so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und beschrieben ist. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, tolle Strände und Restaurants sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Das Highlight ist natürlich der wunderschöne Außenbereich, die Zeit dort haben wir sehr genossen. Milan ist ein super netter Gastgeber, bereits vor Anreise hatten wir Kontakt und wurden herzlich vor Ort empfangen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub! :)

We had a great stay and experience at the villa. We were a family of 7 adults and a child and there was something for everyone. A clean and beautiful swimming pool, a pool table, a table tennis and a playground. This is a very spacious villa with two independent levels. The main kitchen was outside providing extra socialising space. Actually this is where we spent most of our time. Very calm area in a country side. You will need a car to move around with the closest supermarket and fish shop at 15 minutes drive. Very nice restaurants on the coast and surrounding villages. Our experience went beyond our expectations and we are seriously thinking of coming back. The checkin was very easy with clear instructions with the host waiting for us despite a delayed and late arrival. Always available to answer any question. A wonderful experience and thank you Ante.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Byliśmy u Tomo 10 dni. Pokoje zgodne z opisem basem czysty i zawsze dostępny. Lokalizacja zdala od miejskiego zgiełku 30 minut spacerem do centrum miasta. Gospodarz zawsze pomocny i jak coś się zepsuło od razu przystąpił do naprawy. Serdecznie polecam!!!

Alles wie beschrieben, uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig.

Huset är perfekt för större sällskap som söker en lugn och behaglig plats att tillbringa sin semester på. Vi hade stora förhoppningar på boendet på förhand men blev trots det än mer positivt överraskad av platsen och alla bekvämligheter som fanns på plats. Bibinje är en mycket mysig by precis utanför Zadar, med bra restaurang utbud, bageri och mataffär. För den som vill bada i havet är det endast en kortare promenad. Kruno som värd får högsta betyg, ständigt hjälpsam och mycket trevlig. Han hjälpte oss med allt från transport till och från flygplatsen, tips om restauranger samt utflykter att genomföra. Summan av kardemumman är detta ett toppen boende med en toppen värd, hit skulle vi gärna komma igen! // Ingrid & Familj

Lovely place, we enjoyed the indulgence of the hot tub after a day visiting villages and the national park. The luxury of sitting in the hot water in the evening overlooking the beautiful views. Our stay was peaceful and relaxed, our accommodation had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean.

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing, everything what you need on holiday - beautiful view, swimming pool, sea and mountains. The apartment was alsow graet and very cozy, just like home 🙂 Perfect place for unforgettable vacation. Thank You!

What a find! Our flight was delayed 3 hours, so we didn’t arrive until 3.30am. Our host Marijana was up and waiting for us. We were made to feel so welcome. Toni also took us to the supermarket the next day. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The apartment/villa was big and spotless. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Lovely big shower. Towels provided for both shower and beach towels. We stayed on the ground floor - huge patio and a few steps to the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. It is open from 9am to 10pm. Lovely and warm and the furniture around the pool was really comfortable. We didn’t hire a car. It is about 30 minutes walk into Zadar Centre but only 5 € in an Uber. We loved Zadar but the accommodation is what made the holiday so fantastic. You rarely find hosts as lovely as Mirjana and Toni. Always on hand and they even made us a lovely breakfast on our last day. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Hôte parfait. Très à l’écoute des besoins et très disponible. Il nous a beaucoup aidé et a été très rapide et efficace dans nos demandes. La maison est exceptionnelle avec jardin et piscine privative. La cuisine d’été et la grande table à manger avec tous les ustensiles étaient très apprécié. Un super séjour. Je le recommande sans hésitation. Exceptionnel!

Really enjoyed our week in Zadar and the apartment was ideal. Walkable location to the old town and with plenty of local restaurants and seaside walks. Fabulous pool and outdoor kitchen. Highly recommended.

Matea’s apartment has incredible view of the sea, very clean, shower is amazing & kitchen is fully stocked. Matea is such a lovely person, enjoyed meeting her & she was quick to respond to any inquiry. I couldn’t figure out how to work the washer and she offered immediately to come assist. The area is beautiful and just a few mins drive down the hill to waterfront restaurants & shops. Would love to return here next time I’m in Croatia.

My family and I had a great time here! We were 6 adults and two small kids. The play area was great for the kids and there was also a nice sitting area outside for the adults. Everything was spotless and nicely decorated. It showed that the owners put much effort into making the house feel welcoming and cozy. The kitchen was big enough and we had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and quick to respond. I would 100% recommend this vacation house for families with kids.

Die Unterkunft sah fast genau so wie sie auf den Bildern gezeigt wurde. Das obere Bad wurde allerdings erneuert und sah somit anders aus, aber sehr gut! Es war alles super ordentlich und sauber. Die Küche hatte wirklich alles, was man brauchte. Die Größe war super für 4 Personen. Die airbnb‘lerin war mega lieb und hat sich vor unserer Abfahrt noch einmal erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung war. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt.

Es war alles super, wie beschrieben. Sehr nette Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit, würde wieder hingehen und würde es weiterempfehlen. Ein schöner Urlaub einfach top der Pool war das Highlight. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit!!!

We had an amazing time here! The place was very clean, the rooms were cozy and every room had a private bathroom, which was great. In general, the place was even better than in the pictures. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment, which is important for longer stays. We also enjoyed the outside area with a grill, nice green space and a quite big, clean pool. The pool is also exposed to the sun, so the water always had a great temperature. The accommodation is within 5min walking distance to the beach, and in general the area is quite nice.

Alles war bestens! Super Haus, super Pool, gut ausgestattet. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen 💪

Wirklich wunderschönes und nagelneues Haus. Wie haben uns sehr gerne dort aufgehalten und es ist genau so toll wie auf den Bildern. Sehr gute Ausstattung, es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Ich war absolut begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön und unglaublich sauber – man hätte wirklich vom Boden essen können, so ordentlich war alles. Die Einrichtung ist mit sehr viel Stil und Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auch die Gastgeber waren mehr als freundlich – die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war hervorragend. Es gab wirklich nichts, worüber man sich beschweren könnte. Wir waren im April dort und konnten den Pool leider noch nicht nutzen, aber wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder, wenn es wärmer ist. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft!

This villa is totally beautiful, tastfully furnished and immaculately clean. It has everything in place to make it a real home from home. We could not have asked for anything else. The kitchens are well stocked with utensils, crockery, cutlery etc as well as a freezer full of ice. Our host also provided us with his home made wine on arrival which was very appreciated as the shops were already closed by the time we got there. He was also happy to provide more as and when it was required. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and the beds extremely comfortable. There are plenty of showers to meet the needs of all those staying. The villa is situated in a very sleepy town with only a shop and a bar so we found having a car a must. There are other towns and beaches only a short drive away or there is the option to drive further afield if you wish. All in all I could not recommend this villa highly enough.
