The Hidden Gem is what it truly is…..a hidden gem! So beautifully decorated and furnished and so private. You are surrounded by lush greenery and complete quiet except for the birds and the rooster. What you saw on line in pictures is exactly what you got. We all enjoyed every minute. Thank you again for helping to make our niece’s graduation event so memorable. Nancy was great in her responsiveness. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous trip! We were greeted warmly by Jana and settled easily into the spaces of this large character home on a quiet cul de sac. It worked perfectly for our group of four. We loved the peaceful feeling of being on the water and the nearby pathways along the bay; it's lovely to sit outside to read and sip something. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it is very well-equipped. We got in some great hikes and meals at Mt. Tam, San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax and Pt. Reyes as well as a SFMOMA day in the city. A wonderful location! Don't hesitate.

My wife and I were meeting long time friends and their adult daughter, everyone was delighted with this house. Not only is it in a great setting but everything is just right. From communication with Bill to his helpful guidebook to the very nice pots and pans we used to cook each day. The house is beautiful and is spotless throughout. The windows and doors are new and keep the space peaceful. There are (to my count) 10 separate seating areas outside, we used 9! Bocce ball was fun and we had dinner outside. The spa was the right temperature and simple to use. The furniture and linens were great. And the views perfectly framed…. Beautiful landscaping with water features and abundant olive trees and large mature trees. Gorgeous The only downside was that we had to leave. It wasn’t inexpensive but we certainly were happy with the experience for what we paid, I’d be more than happy to visit again.

Great find in Sonoma! Well located with easy walks but in a peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of space for our four women on a girls’ trip!

we had family coming in for our daughters' graduations and the house was perfect! close to shopping (Target, Winco, Walmart) and restaurants (Olive Garden Buffalo Wild Wings and other local restaurants). Gas stations close by also. it was HOT this past week so the pool was definitely enjoyed by all😊. 3 car driveway was definitely a plus as well. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. downstairs bedroom is a plus as well as we had an older family member. Definitely would recommend and would book again!

Exactly as described. The beds were comfy, clean, and beautiful. My husband and I slept on a firmer bed the first night and ended up switching beds with my daughter and hubby since theirs was too soft. The kitchen had everything we needed. We could've used more seating in the living room. The neighborhood was really quiet and easy to find. Bonus: There is a Dutch Bros a few blocks away!

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a group getaway, to visit some wineries in the area! The house was spacious and perfect for a large group — plenty of room for everyone to relax. The backyard was a highlight for us, especially the hot tub, which we loved! The kitchen was very well stocked. We also had a baby in the group, and the house was surprisingly baby-friendly, with baby chair, crib, etc available in the house. Highly recommend for a large groups looking for a relaxing spot.

Koko is a wonderful host! She was very communicative and checked in on us often throughout our stay. She even had some champagne available for us to enjoy during our trip! This house is spacious and with 6 guests we had a lot of room to move around. We loved having 3 bathrooms so each couple could have their own. The bedrooms themselves were also very clean with very comfortable beds. We also felt safe in this neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked so we were able to make breakfast in the mornings before heading out for the day. We were also pretty close to downtown Napa, about 15-20 min without traffic, but expect 30-40 during long weekends/big events. Loved that we were able to check in early and check out late since we were attending bottlerock the whole weekend. Would highly recommend this and any other property Koko offers!

Previous reviews mentioned train noise but the house was well insulated so it was very muted. Blackout blinds and double-glazed windows did their job. The Folgers coffee set up was excellent and they left creamers. Beds were new and clean. Seating was limited, but we are a couple. Everything worked, especially the heater, since it was cold. We will stay again when we visit family nearby.

Our stay at Adolfo's place was amazing. It was exactly what we expected from the photos and it was so spacious. We couldn't get over how clean everything was and how great of an area it was. Adolfo and his team were very responsive in a timely manner and we never had any worries or concerns with our stay. It was the perfect fit for our 9 person multi-night stay. We would definitely come back!

Our team was there for a work project. They appreciated coming back at the end of their day to a spacious, comfortable clean home rather than a small hotel room. The accommodations were perfect.

The home was immaculate and everything we needed. Extremely family friendly. The beds were comfortable and everything looked clean and new. The bathrooms were top tier, especially the master shower. The linens were fantastic and thank you so much for the extra blankets that were available in the cupboard. We were cold in California since we are from AZ. The backyard was so inviting and we did use the grill. We have zero complaints about this Airbnb. We were impressed and loved our stay. It was super close to the freeway and the gas station is less than a minute away. We highly recommend this home.

If I could give this stay six stars, I would. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful touches. Every detail felt intentional—from the plush towels and cozy bedding to the board games and record player that made our stay unforgettable. Amanda's place is absolutely the place you want to stay in. My girlfriend and I stayed here for her birthday trip to Napa and it definitely worth the money and time spent here. Location is perfect for both privacy and closeness to numerous surround long towns with tons to do and just a short drive to both Napa and Sonoma county The house itself is beautiful, extremely clean and organized, fantastic views from any location inside the house. Bedrooms were super comfortable with luscious space Multiple bathrooms made it great for getting ready to go out and about Kitchen has everything you need The property was great private but doesn't feel desolate The pool was great the hot tub was so relaxing The detached game room made for some great fun at the end of the nights All in all amanads place was amazing and I would absolutely recommend to someone staying in the area If I return I will definitely be rebooking this listing Thank you again for the great hosting!
