Beatriz was a great communicator. We needed another set of towels and they were delivered almost immediately. We had an issue with room temperature and she responded within a few minutes. The apartment was very clean and Beatriz provided many extras such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, snacks, bottled water, coffee, and tea. Even though the house is older, the entire apartment has been remodeled and is attractive. The kitchen stove and refrigerator look new, but if you plan on cooking, the number of pans is limited.There is a private parking space behind the home. There are two other apartments in the building and we could hear the folks walking around upstairs and could sometimes hear conversations from the other apartments. When we arrived, loud music was playing, but it was quiet by 10 pm. Beatriz is an attentive host and the apartment is a good value. I would recommend this listing. Thank you, Beatriz!

This place was fantastic and I felt right at home. Parking was decent and having a private space is a plus for the area. Street parking can be competitive at times. The area was safe and mot too noisy. The home was spacious and wifi was strong. The washer and dryer is a bonus and quality. I would definitely stay here again . For those who are wanting to know if it’s worth staying… If you like what you see book it!

Perfect for my one night stay while seeing a show at the FM Kirby Center. Joyce was proactive in checking in with me and the place was very cute. I recommend!

Jules's place was great. It was easy to find, and instructions were clear. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and well equipped. We'd love to stay here again. Jack and Carmen
